Really bad condition of buses, sometimes AC not working, few other times bus is not working Have wasted so much of my time and money Will definitely not recommend

Very bad experience, charges extra for your own luggage. Intercity much better option.

This bus is running on route from indore to shirdi. Driver window is cracked and the driver said we have complained but no one is taking action ... who takes responsibility if anything bad happens?

Hello Raj Ratan Tours and Travels, I recently traveled with your service, but unfortunately, I faced several issues during the journey: The dinner stop was at a very poor place with no proper facilities — it felt like you’re just collecting money without providing good service. After the dinner break, all passengers had to wait around 20 minutes because the bus staff didn’t come to open the doors on time. The bus cleanliness was very bad, and the pickup location and timing were not as shown online. I had to struggle for almost an hour to find the correct pickup point in Pune. I called multiple times, but nobody responded. I have been continuously booking with your travel service for the last 3 years, but this experience was very disappointing. I’ve decided not to choose Raj Ratan Travels again. I’ll also be sharing this feedback on Twitter and Google Reviews so that other passengers are aware of my experience. Thank you. Would you like me to make it sound more polite (for better customer service impact) or more firm (to ensure they take it seriously)?

Worst staff of raj ratan bus service, very rude, not cooperative, bus owner must give some kind of training to teach how to behave their customer.

I genuinely have no words for how terrible this bus service is. If there were an option for zero stars, they would still not deserve it. The buses are always late, sometimes by an hour or more, and the company behaves as if this is completely normal. There is absolutely no sense of responsibility or professionalism. The drivers are the biggest problem of all. Most of them drive like they’re in a personal race, not carrying dozens of passengers whose lives depend on them. Rash driving, sudden braking, unnecessary honking you name it, they do it. Their attitude is even worse. They are rude, arrogant, and openly disrespectful if you dare ask a simple question like, “How much longer will it take?” Cleanliness? Forget it. The buses smell, the seats are broken, and the staff doesn’t care. Overall, this is hands down the worst bus service I have ever used. If you value your time, safety, or even basic human respect, avoid this service at all costs.

I had a terrible experience with this service. The drivers and even the head office staff have become extremely rude and unprofessional. Just because they’ve started earning a little extra, they act like they’re running a million-dollar business and don’t care about customers at all. I had a genuine emergency at home and simply requested a small adjustment or even half refund, but the person at the ticket counter bluntly refused. He even said they had no other bookings, so they won’t cancel mine — which is unbelievably insensitive and inconsiderate. Very disappointing and heartless behaviour. They clearly don’t value customers, and I will never recommend their service to anyone.
