Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

I travelled from Mumbai to Indore. I must say it was a wonderful experience. The bus is luxurious with trained driver. The seat was neat and clean, driver's behavior was also good.

Dear Raj Ratan Please Put some Heat shield in your Volvo ciach from Bhopal to Pune cause the rear lower sleeper is burning at night barely you can sleep on the roaring heated engine see the attached reference images , I was sweating whereas the other front half of bus was chilling and your driver's already knew this.please take the regular feedback of bus from driver's also.

I've traveled with multiple bus services, including Volvo, but this one's been a nightmare 😤. Their staff is super rude, especially when talking on the phone. Had a terrible experience with my whole family 😐. No response from anyone No food provided, No clean washroom, no Wifi running drive roughly Useless bus Only money taken 3000/- is completely waste

I traveled in the bus Raj Ratan its amazing you guys deserve a 5 star the bus no was 0666 the staff who is handling this are doing their work with innocency

Raj Ratan provides extremely poor service. I have traveled multiple times with them, and almost every time their buses have been delayed by 2–3 hours. Very disappointing experience . I will not be traveling with them again.

Totally agree the bus service is good but when comes to pricing and support with thier team 0% efforts. Everytime after traveling their representatives connects multiple times to give 5 star review but when we give feedback they don't even revert back. Recently connected to their representatives for asking why the price is same to the flight when the bus journey is of 8 hours from bus but 1 hour from flight- I can't believe the person was so rude and said that we can't tell on that please talk to management and no contact for management. If this kind of reply we are getting even if we are a regular traveller of this company, then its better to switch.

Degraded customer experience from the premium operator. The operator RajRatan is most expensive option for pune-indore route and has been best but this time I experienced that Helper/driver picked up lot of passengers on the route who were not having prior booking, some from Chakan to Pune, a few from Nashik to mid way. This poses safety issue to passanger, luggage and bitter experience. Also the bus was Volvo but It felt like normal AC bus with poor suspension. it was bumpy and and noisy ride even on the Highway.

I had traveled from Pune to Raipur twice and i feel comfortable with the service. Only problem is no wifi, TV and laptop charging available.
