Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

I am writing to express my disappointment with the extremely poor service experienced on my ongoing journey from Bhopal to Pune. There is a loud, continuous noise coming from the upper side of the bus, possibly from the AC duct or something similar. Despite raising the complaint through multiple channels—customer care phone, and in person at the Indore office—no one checked or addressed the issue. The Indore office staff is rude and seemed indifferent, as if they were doing us a favor. I request an immediate review of this matter and a sincere response on how this can be resolved.

I believe Raj Ratan has the best buses in India. Since I am a businessman and have visited many places across India, these buses are amazing. Buses are clean and most importantly spacious which make the travel comfortable. Highly Recommended!

Raj Ratan Travels is the best Transportation service.I have been traveling with these buses for so long . On time pick and drop facility, safety for girls, they provide sharing for a girl with a girl only. They maintain a high quality of cleanliness.

This is a boarding station for Raj Ratan Bus Service. Its not easy to locate from the main AB road. To reach here u will have to go around the big rotary and go on Manikbagh road a few feet and then turn right. Its wheelchair approachable. There is a small parking area, but cars cannot wait for more than 5min. There is also a small covered area for bikes but its occupied by employees. There is a small washroom. The sitting area has ample chairs, but mosquitoes are an issue in hot weather. The buses are very punctual. Water bottles are provided in the buses.

I love raj ratan buses and good staff and next level facilities plus excellent level bus cleaning or bed is very comfortable,pillow also smooth all are good raj ratan bus I give you 10 star your luxurious bus

Very bad service, staff not cooperative at all, not even stopping for washroom breaks, other travels like InterCity and Hans are far better

I travelled from Pune to Indore on 23.10.2025 with RAJ RATAN TOURS AND TRAVELS (Bus number MP09DR0666) with my wife and two kids. The staff behaviour was not good and they don't know how to talk with passengers. Service was very bad. Just example when I asked for water bottle 3/4 times, they provide bottle after 6 hrs of bus start. Before travelling in RAJ RATAN TOURS AND TRAVELS Bus with family please think at least one time. I never suggest anyone to go with RAJ RATAN Buses. Very bad journey experience with RAJ RATAN Bus.

1) I had an excellent experience on my recent bus journey. The bus was clean and well-maintained, and the seats were comfortable with plenty of legroom. The driver was punctual, and the ride was smooth and steady throughout. The schedule was adhered to, and the bus made timely stops at key locations, allowing for brief but convenient breaks.

Very professional bus service. Never encountered a single issue. It's like a plane on the road.
