Seriously ye apni galti nhi maante , time se late bhi hote hai+ behaviour bhi staff ka dada pehalwaano jaisa hai. Mujhe mere stop se 5 km door utara aur waha se lift lena pada Rajan was a preferred travel service provide but today it ends . Staff ko koi fark nahi padega 25 30 hazar Kamane wala kahi kama lega but aise hi raha toh saare customer chhod denge. Business thapp.

Last night i was travel from pune to indore it's was really awesome journey also staff was really help full .

Bus staff behavior was extremely bad. They stopped bus for urinal only after several times of request. Morning 8 am.they took a break for fresh up and breakfast. But they gave only 10 minutes. Which is not enough for anyone to get ready. When had breakfast and tea in hand, and the driver started bus and keep on making horn to put pressure on travelers. Then he run that bus to around 50mtrs to pressure again. Now it was very tough to catch the bus. And the driver was kept running bus slowly to make pressure. We were having poha in one hand and tea in one hand. My game members were also came I to pressure. Anything can happen in such conditions. It was 2nd July 2025 , 4:15PM we entered in bus , and we reached Bhopal at 1 PM on 3rd July 2025. It's around 21 hours to reach the destination. Driving was also very rash. I suggest never prefer Raj Ratan Travels Bus. It's worst experience. They commit complementary water bottle and chips as shown in there video. But not provided to us. On asking they refused that there is no such provision. But due to false information we forgot keeping water with us.

This is the 5th time I booked this multi-axel bus, and every time it gets late by at least 3–4 hours and this time it got late by 5hrs. I noticed the bus usually runs at just 30–40 kmph, after tracking, which makes it even slower. Drivers of multi-axle buses know they have to cover over 700 km, yet still drive so slow. The operator always blames traffic, but if that’s true, how do other buses reach on time? Honestly, I’m really fed up with this service always reaching late, not recommended to book this bus, even bus looks fancy and other services are good but because of each time it is delayed, I strongly not recommend this bus service, if u want to reach on time better to book other bus operators

⭐ 1/5 – Horrible Service! Confined sleeper with engine heat blasting the head area made the journey unbearable. An empty seat was available, but staff preferred to use it for drying clothes instead of letting passengers sit. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. Worst bus service ever!

Yesterday we came from Bhilai to Indore by Raj Ratan bus, the experience was very good, the bus was very clean and comfortable.
