recently traveled yesterday Indore to Guna and found the journey very comfortable. The bus was punctual, and the hygiene was well maintained. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would recommend this service to others.

I’m a photographer and they denied to get my camera bag inside the coach saying that they have a policy that they cannot allow a trolley bag inside, which they didn’t mention at the time of booking. It is a backpack with 2 wheels attached! And even if that was a trolley it had our very expensive kit which they denied of taking guarantee if put in boot! I called the customer care and they responded very rudely as well at 5:30 in the morning. Letting me out of the bus and I had to search for another bus standing on the road! Very unprofessional behaviour.

The most low quality bus tor Indore to Mumbai. Worst at this price point. Very old bus. Extremely noisy. Hard to sleep in such bad bus. It's not multi axle but just normal sleeper AC. Worst quality bus.

it was a terrible experience. We got stuck in traffic near bus stop and got 5 min late. though we were in touch with driver, he still din't wait. We were chasing the bus but still driver was not stopping to let us board the bus until our vehicle came in front of the bus to stop it. what kind of customer experience is this. as usual bus was not on the time and was delayed by an hour. who will compensate for the delay here? Bus is not ready to accept even 5 min delay if we got late but we got an hour late. Blankest was stinking and cleanliness was another issue. worst worst experience

Very Unprofessional and rude staff. Nothing is working no reading lights no TV no charging points. The only thing is working is AC at its lowest the engine. And conductor ka "mu" with full speed. N rudeness In 20 hr journey they stop 2 times for food n washroom. Not Even understood the women's problem with washroom. Even the driver and conductor was drunk.

Very bad service i was only 5 minutes late and called to driver to wait but he talked rudely to me and said to talk to main office their they said talk to driver afterward both did'nt pick up my call . So that they can sell my ticket to someone . Very bad experience .

The bus was scheduled to arrive at Radisson Square at 9:25 AM, but it reached Indore only around 10:30 AM. After that, it was parked at their office for another 15–20 minutes. We booked this bus to reach on time for work, but the delay caused inconvenience. When I asked the driver about it, he was rude and disrespectful, saying things in an unprofessional way. The staff also speak rudely to passengers, and after reaching Indore, the bus unnecessarily stops at their office before dropping passengers, which is wrong. Very disappointing service.

My experience with your service was not satisfactory. The driver and conductor assigned to my ride were rude and non cooperative with us and others as well. They spoke to us as if we are travelling for free. And in case you guys have reasons to shut down the TV after 11:30 PM, kindly mention that during the booking. We are paying for entire services, not to hear those excuses. The only satisfactory part about my experience was the hygiene and comfortable compartment set up of the bus. Would give 5/5 for the bus however how we were treated brings it down to 2/5
