Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

No punctuality at all. I had booked pune to Indore bus. The original time to reach Indore was 8.15 am and apparently the bus reached at 11 am. This is the third incident and when we spoke with the driver they said ki before 11 you can’t reach, no matter what they promise. Worst operator

There service is degrading each passing day. And after complain too they do not respond. not safe for female travellers on some routes.

Very poor service, unprofessional & rude behaviour of onboard staff . I will never travel or recommend with this.

Good cleaning & who ever says it’s not good then he is fool!! Also note u can’t judge the Traveller with connecting flights and all!! Every one should note if u are travelling via road then there can any mishappening!! Raj Ratan buses are good and I will rate him 5 star!! In a year we travel via flight around 160 days !!

Raj ratan travels ! Busses are the best for the Indore/bhopal to Pune travel , pit stops are also at very pleasant restaurants they provide Android TV which is fully functional and wifi enabled at all time , working 3.5 mm headphone port above ur head , all the facilities in ur cabins are functional example lights switches , AC vents can be opened or closed as per ur requirement charging port mobile hanger. Bedsheets and pillow covers were being changed at the end of the trip luckily I got to capture it BUT , There are some cons as well , First of all, like all other operators, staff are arrogant and rude and non helpful to the core Secondly, the cabin doesn't have any space to keep your hand bag/laptopbag or carryon food . Bus no. MP-09-DR-0666 volvo Suggestion : We know staff had to be a little Rigid to manage the different types of customers, but in ur luxury busses only elite customer travels so Management should take actiona nd keep an eye on the staff because they don't need to be rude to the class of people who are paying 2000-2200 for a journey.

I have recently booked my bus from raj ratan tours and travels. Due to family emergency I asked them to rescheduled the bus services they 1st said to call Abhi Bus and it will be done. When I called them they said raj ratan the operator is saying no to reschedule. I again called them and this time they spoke rudely and told me it will be done if I pay him 1500 per seat. I said the bus is empty and we have family emergency but the guy kept asking money. I said this is not the correct way to manage the client I am ok to pay the modification charges but 1500 is more then the ticket cost. He said you may complain this to anyone we pay to the government and this is how we operate

I booked my journey from Nashik to Indore for 11:58 PM. However, When i received the details over WhatsApp, it was showing boarding time as 1:30 AM. And this timing was not shown over platform when I was booking the ticket And hence I cancelled my ticket due to timing. When I called customer care at Raj Ratan tours, He did not resolved the issue. He instead said its not their concern and will not look into it. They provide incorrect info of bus boarding and dont care to hear it. Worst experience.
