Worst service ever, would never ever recommend. Behaviour is so rude and they charge 250rs extra for 1 small bag! They provide excuse that they need to *accommodate baggage of other passengers* but actually they load a ton of other parcels on the way. Some buses have broken windshields, which they don’t care to repair till months! How does one drive with broken windshields? Don’t they care about safety of passengers? I would recommend to go with other travels.

This is Indore office, office persons at the counters were rude and not well behaving. before buying ticket, one person asked to vote for them online no seating room for passengers, seating area near the bus parking, washrooms not maintained, no changing room being a premium travel agency, their office facilities are not upto the mark

Worst experience ever they are working just to exploit people took my money and didnt even modify my booking even after pleading for the whole day. Rude pathetic staff no wonder so many bad reviews the owner cares about nothing but snatching people's money. Dont ever choose their buses.

❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ I had a bus from AHMEDABAD -MUMBAI.I had 4 extra luggages(1trolly baggage and 3 handy). The conductor of the bus was charging Rs.300per baggage. In evening,while booking the tickets one of the employee told Rs.200 per bag. They were charging EXTRA MONEY This is totally not acceptable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT RECOMMENDED STAFF IS RUDE.

I don't have word to describe rajratan service very unsatisfied they are charging 4100 rs from Gorakhpur to pune but the bus was like General bogy of train on the gallery people were sleeping on a single seat sleeper 3 people are travelling bus was smelling the LCD was just a show piece not working no corona protocol followed travel at your own risk guys.and rajratan owner please maintain the luxury of passengers if you are giving such buses and charging the same. You are not giving pillow and blankets on the name of corona then why are you allowing 3 person to share a single seat and people laying on the gallery of the bus please improve the things if want to stay long in the market . Bus no. MP-09-ZT-0009 had worst service ever i couldnt contact with the driver till the pickup point. No cleanliness inside the bus felt suffocation. Bus conductor and driver was very rude with us they dont know how to speak with customers and dinner spot was very bad. I would recommend dont travel with Raj Ratan Tours and travels.

I just travelled from Indore to Lucknow, The bus and staff were good, but when I asked "why the TV is not working" they were silent. Foodpoint where the stopped were good. The office is not so good in Indore, there are plastic chairs to rest, no fan, and a dirty toilet. Company should work on lounge.

"I strongly advise against traveling with Raj Ratan Travels. I have been using their services for two years, but sometimes the condition of their buses is terrible. Once, I booked a Volvo bus from Indore to Nashik, but they sent a Bharat Benz instead without any prior notice or refund. Recently, I called their customer care service, but the line was busy for an hour. When I finally got through, the staff spoke very rudely and lacked basic etiquette. After the journey, the service was extremely poor and truly horrible. The Raj Ratan customer care representative was extremely rude and even blocked my number. I just want to inform everyone—don’t choose Raj Ratan Travels, not even for a single kilometre."
