Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

Could we address an issue during night journeys? Drivers turning off the AC at rest stops disrupts kids' sleep. Keeping the AC on would be greatly appreciated. Many times I have logged the complaint but bo one taking seriously.

Staff locked bus while my 6 months daughter was sleeping inside & also stopped engine making suffocation for her which led to wake her up. When requested to open the door they misbehaved with me & my wife. Journey from Indore to Pune Date - 10 July 2025 Bus number - MP09ZY9990

Best bus service for long distances. On time arrival and we'll maintained Volvo buses.

Raj Ratan is hands down the best bus service I’ve ever traveled with. Even their non-AC buses are exceptional. They are always on time, well-maintained, and make stops at clean, well-equipped locations. The seats are immaculate and hygienic, with blankets, pillows, and backrests provided for extra comfort. It is safe for females too. The staff is polite and professional, enhancing the travel experience. Having used several bus services and carefully evaluated each, I can confidently recommend Raj Ratan for any journey.

Pathetic Service, no Punctuality, bus late by 2 hr. Raj ratan provides local bus kind of services on Volvo bus ticket. Bus stops multiple locations in between to earn extra money on vacant seat. No Punctuality at all. Dont travel if you have any urgency. I took bus early from Pune to indore to reach early indore, but it reached indore 2 hr late even there were no traffic on road. I suggest not to travel with volvo bus if you have any urgency. Raj ratan provides pathetic Service. I count on them, and lost my connecting flight, lost 8000/-. Pathetic Service.

I am very disappointed with the kind of pathetic, third-class service Raj Ratan Travels gave me on my Indore to Pune trip. I paid ₹1955 for the journey First, the bus was late. At the boarding point, there were no proper seats. They made us sit on broken plastic chairs near buses that were blasting diesel smoke into our faces. For 40 minutes, I sat breathing smoke, with mosquitoes biting, and loud engine noise . I was already tired after work – and this is how the journey started. When I got inside the sleeper cabin. The bedsheet was dirty, had hair, and clearly used by someone else. No one even bothered to change it after previous passengers got off. Absolutely disgusting. I forgot to take photos because I was just too tired and frustrated. At the food stop, they gave food 15 minutes into a 20-minute halt. While we were still eating, the driver started honking – no patience and courtesy. When I told the hotel guy this wasn’t okay and asked for a refund, he said, “Do what you want, I won’t give refund. It is not our policy” That kind of rude behavior is beyond unacceptable. And the Raj Ratan office washroom didn’t have a light or a lock , During the journey, the “toilet breaks” were pure torture. The WCs were filthy, not cleaned, and absolutely disgusting. They clearly don’t care about hygiene or basic human decency.Honestly, the only relief I have is that I reached home safely without a breakdown or mishap.

Took the bus from Indore to Pune. It was my first time ever in a bus in India and that too between two cities. I must say it was a good experience.

The bus is really nice. Comfortable seats..clean.

Very worst parcel service and demanding higher charges even parcel size small, also courier person behaviour is rude. Not recommended to anyone
