Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

Bus is really good, clean all had all necessities. They take halts timely. But my last experience was really a big trauma (due to motion sickness) as engine wasn't that smooth & it's noisy. I got last seat and it was a big trouble. But overall busses are good & hygiene.

इस बस का अनुभव बहुत बहुत खराब रहा समय पर बिल्कुल नहीं चलती है, लोकल सवारी बैठाते है भोपाल से इंदौर और फिर इंदौर से नाशिक या कही बीच की सवारी जिससे पुणे तक गाड़ी लेट होती है और गाड़ी मालिक को इतना लालच है कि सवारी के साथ लगेज भी भेजना होता हैं जिससे गाड़ी राज रतन इंदौर के आफिस में ३० मिनिट और खड़ी रहतीं है जिससे और लेट होती है सवारी के समय की कोई कद्र ही नहीं है!

I contacted them for bus enquiry and how rude the coordinater was.... He cut the call before I could even finish he doesn't know places in Mumbai and if you are not traveling with the luxury buses they don't even consider giving time to you... first and worst experience with Raja ratan.....

A very bad experience traveling by bus with Raj Ratan Travels from Varanasi to Mumbai. The service providers were rude and the management was nonsense. They were harassing people. If your ticket shows a halt, never travel with them, otherwise, take the risk. Later, comment and tell me if your experience was different. Other than that, I will never travel with Raj Ratan Travels again.

I book ticket for Indore-Pune from pune registered office ..just 30 Min before we try to track to live location of bus but it not working we call pune office ..person pick call not talk properly and ask to contact indore office We call indore office they not ready to help just telling that live tracking is properly working your check your side We try to check 3-4 mobile but unable to track bus When bus arrived to our stop and we ask staff which was travelling with that why live tracking is not working..his reply was shocking What can i do(MERE BAAP KI BUS THOD HAI) and we told him how you are talking ..he again reply..rudely Behavior was shocking..

I usually travel Indore to delhi and before I preferred Raj Ratan multi axle volvo but with time they are spoiling there services, drive don't stop for washroom even after asking multiple times, they randomly board passengers from stops, sometimes bedsheet is torn sometime blanket and if not so they smell like hell, sometimes the driver don't stop at destination stop and deboard you 2 km away. Worst service ever

I booked a seat in MP41 3330. Height of the upper seat in that bus is pathetic. Person cannot sit. Only option is to lie down. Not at all comfortable for long journeys. Spoke to the main office but they couldn’t help. Driver & conductor were suppose to provide me a different seat at Nashik but they were least bothered about passengers miseries! Super pathetic and rude!

The best service I have ever received till now. Keep it up

I liked the Bus hygiene, clean bedsheets, pillows and blankets. I have travelled thrice and every time bus followed punctuality. Started on time and dropping at the scheduled time. Overall a good experience, except from the washroom stop. The washrooms of the stop point are not at all in good condition, no electricity and cleanliness. If they could do something about this then the whole travel experience becomes smooth.and 5 stars.

Good services, they are committed and responsive. Bedsheet, blanket and pillow covers were fresh and clean. Safe to travel and on time schedule
