Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

Please don't book the bus from Raj Ratan, if you don't want to stand in bus for 30 km to get your own seat, for what I paid 2100₹. I asked the bus staff about the same, there answer is, we can't do anything, complaint to Office... Please avoid booking if you want a comfortable journey.

I have traveled with Raj Ratan Travels four times, and every trip has been a great experience. The buses are always clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable journey. The facilities provided are excellent, making travel hassle-free.

Worst Volvo buses with lot of manufacturing defects.Only meant for people having height below 5 feets & are very thin. So will never recommend.

Raj Ratan tours and travels has been pioneer in intercity bus travel. the best part is well trained driver and support staffs. Timely information about your journey . zero tolerance towards Indiscipline, well maintained buses . On time performance and what not. If one is opting to visit any location which is serviceable by RR, their bus is the best option amongst all . I had the privilege to travel last week, my experience was awesome right from boarding to disembarking…. pune / Mumbai / Nagpur / Delhi / Rajkot. All major pincodes are serviced . I wish they had a bus on Aurangabad route as well . Kudos to the team . Wish you all the best … keep up the good work .

Travelled round-trip from Gurgaon to Indore recently, with my wife and kid. The bus and service is good with clean seats and friendly staff. Only two things to improve - TV screens were not connecting to our mobiles through wifi, and the buses do not have toilets which some of the competitors provide. Although the bus makes multiple pit-stops for the same. Overall would recommend to someone who needs to travel last minute and is unable to book a flight or train.

Despite paying heavy price and booking for Aurobindo drop point, the driver stopped at Rajendra Nagar and did not tell when will the bus move. He stopped there for 15 min for loading unloading and taking passengers from indore to bhopal. As per my booking for aurobindo he said bus will not go beyond Radisson. I had to leave the bus and take auto to Aurobindo because he was taking hours to leave from Rajendra Nagar and I had to reach my destination on time. Imagine coming to indore after an overnight journey and still not reaching your destination. Add to it rude behaviour of staff

Excellent connectivity, Very good bus conditions, luxurious. Staff is cooperative. Just one positive feedback, need to have minimum 2 additional stops on hotel or petrol pump for elders and diabetic patients so that they can use toilet facility - stoppage just for 5 Mins each at interval of 4 hrs during night journey.

Very rude staff behaviour in varanasi to vadodara route They handpicked hotels to stop bus where there is no washroom,what's the point in it where ladies travelling with you can't go for washroom and they say open mai krna padega. Instead of Bharatbenz they sent a normal bus and they keep misleading customer with this advertisement,from indore they exchanged bus and it was a very used Volvo, all pieces were broken,bus was going forward and we told them to stop there as it is in there route staff very rudely told us to get out of the bus. Very shamelessly they ask for 5 star rating on WhatsApp daily which is very irritating.
