I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Raj Ratan Travels during my journey. My bus, scheduled for 3:25 AM, arrived an hour late at 4:30 AM, leaving me stranded alone on a highway in the middle of the night. Despite repeated efforts, I received no prior communication about the delay, and the driver was rude and dismissive when contacted. Upon reaching Pune, the driver deliberately dropped me far from the designated stop, causing additional inconvenience. Such unprofessional behavior, especially towards a female passenger traveling late at night, is unacceptable. Bharat benz Ki bus dikhate hai or koi dusri hi bus bhejte hai with toilet wali bus dikhte pr toilet nhi hota hai , ek dum unhygienic hotels pr stop rakhte hai or jaha washroom bhi nahi hota hai , and services bhi bahut kharab hai sidhhi tarh se baat bhi nhi krte ( My route - Banaras To Vadodra )

Bad Service by Raj ratan travel still waiting for bus but but attended denied call many times Vikram Pandey Kanpur - Faizabad

First of all..... Bus is not like in photos and chargeing plus point not inside the cabin only USB use...and tv same like some cabin tv is working and my cabin tv is not working and in the bus smelling like diesel type...and i asked to driver so they not answering properly....and no one listens my problem

My experience with Raj Ratan Tours and Travels was absolutely appalling. I booked their service for what was supposed to be a crucial journey, but it turned into a nightmare. Firstly, they were shockingly late at the pickup point, leaving me waiting in uncertainty and wasting precious time. As a result of their inefficiency, I missed a critically important exam, which has had serious consequences for me. The complete lack of professionalism and disregard for punctuality shown by Raj Ratan Tours and Travels is beyond comprehension. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and opt for a more reliable and responsible travel provider. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and I am deeply dissatisfied with their service.

Bus staff is so arrogant, they misbehaved, washroom jane k liye i h requested several times but they said ki jab hum rokenge tabhi aana otherwise bus nahi rukegi kahi bhi. Amenities listed are false except small water bottles were given. TV sirf dikhane k liye h, chalate nahi h charging points were also not working. The way staff talks You will feel like ki free me jaa rahe ho bus me, even after paid 2300rs travel karwa k ehsan kar rahe h ye. Comfort- i guess this bus indore to delhi is either single axel or double axel not multi axel as you will feel every bump of road. This review is particularly for the bus No 0009 Indore to Delhi Driver Devendra shokeen and helper devram lohar with whom i faced such issues.

I had a truly disappointing experience with Raj Ratan Volvos. The staff was extremely rude and arrogant, and the level of service was abysmal. I traveled after a long time, expecting a comfortable journey, but unfortunately, the behavior of the staff left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I couldn't even tell if the people I interacted with the employees their lack of professionalism was evident. It’s disheartening to see such poor service, especially when traveling is supposed to be a pleasant experience. I hope the management can address these issues, as this kind of treatment is unacceptable. @RajRatanVolvos, please look into this matter and improve the customer service.

"Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service" I recently had a very unpleasant experience with the customer service at *RAJ RATAN*Travel.I called to get assistance with a booking issue, but the representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and seemed unwilling to listen or provide helpful solutions. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, but that was far from the case here. This interaction left me frustrated and dissatisfied. It's unfortunate because I’ve had good experiences with this agency in the past, but after this, I’ll be reconsidering my future bookings. Customer service is a crucial part of any business, and I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff to communicate respectfully with customers.

I travelled a from Delhi to Ujjain, and I liked the services so much that I booked return ticket with same bus. It was a very good experience in travelling Raj Ratan’s Volvo 9600. It was utmost luxury bus. The cleanliness was superb, super soft bedding and cushion, tv screen was working. It is a must recommended bus for people seeking luxury travel.
