This bus operator is worst in whole region , no proper behaviour with passengers

Last night, I traveled from Nashik to Indore, and it was a very disappointing experience. My bus arrived more than 3 hours late, and we had to wait at the Nashik bus office without even a washroom available for those 4 hours. When we contacted the call center, we didn't receive any proper response. Our bus was changed without any notice, and the seats on the new bus were wet from the air conditioner. It was a very frustrating experience. Next time I will think twice about traveling with Raj ratan.

I had a bad experience traveling to Ujjain with Rajratan Travel. We booked around 9 p.m. on March 11th. We are approximately 5 hours delayed... We were unable to fix a problem with the bus. Today around 9 a.m., we are on the Nashik-Dhule highway waiting for repairs. The staff is not humble or supportive. Additionally, the driver was drunk and yelling last night. And where is the safety of ladies at night?

Horrible experience with this travel company. Even their vehicle had an accident in the morning and back glass and side glasses broke down till they took the booking for those seats. AC is not working, glass particles are present on the seats and it's suffocating all over the seats. They used a ply board to cover the glass area. If you guys know that your vehicle is accidental and most of the main features are not working on those seats, then why did you take the booking for those seats? You are charging Rs.2200 and haven't provided the basic service to consumer. And when we asked to provide alternative seats the staff was arrogant.

Good bus... but unprofessional staff.. and cleanliness i will give 5 out of 10

Traveled in multi axel bus from Bhopal to Pune. Bus was really good clean and having usb and normal socket for charging. Also there were android TV with preloaded movies for every seat which I think good in long journey of 14-16 hours.

Highly recommend this travels. Their service and management is really good for traveling. Buses are clean and well maintained.
