They're far too overhyped. I availed of their premium Volvo service as well as a non Volvo AC sleeper. Both were decent, the volvo is just brighter and overpriced, no actual difference in the journey experience. You still feel the bad roads like in every bus. More importantly, they were well over the runtime on both sides. So they cannot be trusted with timely arrivals. Their Sion stop is also wrongly marked on the Google map, which gave me a.lot of last minute trouble. So, all in all, an average operator that is overpriced for sure.

Very bad service plz do not prefer raj ratan No toilet no TV bad service they give us waterbottle and water too hot

Not a proper station. Washrooms here are the worst. No cleanliness and hygiene maintained. No proper gates in the washroom. The urinals in male washroom are not even present. No seating/waiting area. No food shop/facility. The bus facility is good. Good AC and non AC buses. The hospitality in buses is not good. The bedsheets were not clean. A lot of air freshener sprayed in the bus kills the atmosphere.

On 24th November 2024, my wife traveled alone from Indore to Gwalior on a late-night bus (around 12 AM). During a break, the driver announced a 30-minute stop. While my wife went to the washroom, the driver began making inappropriate eye gestures toward her. She ignored him and proceeded. However, the bus was locked for 30 minutes for “safety concerns.” When the doors reopened, the driver specifically stopped her, asking for her name and seat number unnecessarily. He continued with inappropriate behavior, smiling and flirting through eye gestures (“aankh maarna”). This is a serious safety issue, especially for women traveling alone. I have already raised a complaint with RedBus, but I strongly advise other women to avoid traveling solo on such buses until proper action is taken to ensure passenger safety.

Bus interior is very nice well hygiened But rude behaviour of staff

I am regular traveller but today for one big luggage they rudely behaved and removed my bag from the bus. Highly unsatisfied with the behaviour today. And even the place where it stop is unhygienic always but never complaint earlier.

Today I booked ticket but not the driver and not even raj ratan staff called us we are waiting for 1 hour on our stop. We were continuously calling the head office but they didn't give us right information regarding our bus ,driver , time...We were extremely disappointed from the service. I give them zero rating... Next time I will never ever travel through Raj Ratan.. They gives worst service... Neither driver not operator talk with us properly.. Worst experience
