Worst bus service now. Used to book Rajratan for their good service but now they are unbearable. Booked for Pune to Indore, the bus broke in the middle of nowhere at 3am. The driver himself said they use.old buses and don't maintain properly. The replacement came around 7.30. More than 4 hours we were sitting in closed bus since it was too cold outside. The operators rarely picked calls and didn't talk properly. Were supposed to reach Indore at 9.00 am and we reached after 5.30 pm. And had similar instances in recent trips before. Usually their buses stops in the night. Never ever booking with Raj Ratan again. I need to give 1 star to Post. I'd have given 0.

Such a pathetic bus service… never ever ride on it…They will loot your money and give you torn blankets, old bus. It is said that this is an overnight pre-booked bus and the entire corridor has been filled with extra passengers. Their helpline is also giving excuses. I’m gonna complain in consumer forum and take legal action against these fraudsters.

No proper management,we know choithram is a big name in Indore, Choithram Hospitals and research centre is under their name..But their tours and travel business representatives don't understand the importance of someone's seat bookings and their seat preferences.I had a very bad experience about them.Their agent doesn't even know which bus or bus number has arrived..They have so many buses that arrive and leave,no proper announcement ,careless of someone standing for a particular bus and asking them about the bus Their answer for time being was aapki bus aye nhi ,time hai aapke bus ko And the next moment their answer is aapki bus toh chalee gye.And then they will put you in some other bus which has low quality compared to what you have paid for the bus.. I have paid 2730 for two seats.. Don't trust them...Not even worth the money.Rude people. Doesn't even care for people with medical issues. Bus no 5055 is not at all in good condition travels between Indore to Pune.Their AC makes so much noise that it will give you sleepless night.Hygiene is also compromised in the bus..If you get this bus better you cancel it and book the better one.

Bus conditions are good in general. But the 4 pm bus did not give appropriate loo breaks. Stopped for dinner at 11 pm. The bus had tv installed but was never turned on. Not recommended for people who are taller than 5" 8 in. It gets difficult to sleep straight.

No driver information so many calls I did not picked up bus was late 1 hour from pick up point. Even not arrived on time....very bed experience

I thing i m booking the bus ...for my comfort its his responsibility to handel my passengers to give a proper service ..i had travel at in thus bus bt the co ordinator laugauge was harsh n worst experience till ever i got ...i was 20min beyond frm my time bt then too i caught another bus to get by bus ..n i said to wait for a time as humanity bt he was like come to next stop then to v sufer n went then he waa like you will get next bust for mumbai after 9 hrs. ..and they had not discuss abt this ..i was very much fed up for your services. ..not even singal thing i can suggest. .. And you call as we are for public services..

Very bad it's take 1hr for petrol filling and parcel in middle of journey. Tv also not like intercity bus also staff very bad.

I had a very bad experience with Raj Ratan Volvo 9600. I recently bought two tickets from them for **4500 INR each**, so I spent **9000 INR** in total. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with dengue and couldn't travel. When I reached out to them for a refund or to reschedule, they refused to help at all. Despite explaining my medical emergency, they didn’t show any understanding or compassion. Losing 9000 INR like this has been very stressful, especially during an already difficult time. This experience has shown me that this bus operator doesn’t care about their passengers' needs. If you're looking for a service that actually values its customers, I would suggest choosing another operator
