Raj Ratan Tours and Travels – A Disappointing Experience I cannot recommend Raj Ratan Tours and Travels based on my recent experience. The bus I traveled in had a terrible diesel smell filling the cabin, making it unbearable to stay inside. I had to sit on the steps near the driver just to get some fresh air, as the fumes irritated my nose and caused me to cough. Despite trying to complain about the situation, the staff only seemed interested in getting a rating, without addressing my actual concerns. If you're planning to travel from Indore to Mumbai, be cautious—the buses on this route, especially with Raj Ratan, are subpar and may lead to an unpleasant journey.

Compared to other bus operators on Indore-Gorakhpur route, Raj Ratan doing good. Their bus is clean, AC is really working, Charger points working (yes you read right), fast and almost punctual and the best part is staff being less rude. I don't know how long it can be maintained by them.

Unprofessional...from Vijaynagar indore they will take u to their main branch in non ac tempo traveller(45mins)....there u need to wait for more 30 mins for main bus to arrive.....and they charge highest on this route....don't go by youtube videos

They have good buses only problem is you need to prebook to get their best bus and if u don't look at the cost and facilities it offers in the bus you might end up booking low grade bus.

With Raj Ratan, it was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. At 11:20 PM, the bus was scheduled to arrive. By 12, it was there. My wife and I spent the night together alone. We were afraid since it didn't seem safe at all. Additionally, we reserved a Volvo bus. However, it was in worse shape than an ordinary non-air conditioning sleeper bus. Snacks such as chips were piled onto the seats. I'd give it one star out of five. The only reason for the one star rating is that the air conditioning was operational.

The overall bus service of Raj Ratan is not soo good. I found the staff to be rude and not at all helpful. In most of the travels they just drop to their main godown and not to the actual stop. For example, i travelled from mumbai to indore , but while dropping me at Radisson Square they just dropped me at their main head office and told me to travel at my own expense to radisson square. They also had a broken tank and all the passengers luggage was wet but still they didn't help or apologise for it.
