Good service, nice bus. Although I did not find seats that much comfortable, they are way too soft to sleep. Your back cannot be straight because of that. Apart from that, everything is very nice. Mostly on time. Good staff behaviour.

Worst experience in past 3 years of my journey with Raj Ratan. The two sided AC was not working properly bus was delayed by 2 hours for no reason, and while booking it was showing bharat benz but when it arrived it was an old bus, with bad suspension and it has given me back pain now was not able to sleep properly in night. Bus number - MP-30-P-3330 I have attached a photo how they are putting tape on AC section above my head but it was open even after that. No wifi as well.

Travelled from Indore to Mumbai. Superior experience except for the fact that bus got late by 45 mins which hampers office goers. Later on, received a feedback call from their office which was unexpected but they took the feedback and promised an improvement. The bus was really good from inside, clean linen, blanket and pillow. Overall a good experience.

I travelled in mp 09 zl 9990. The bus was really dirty considering the standard they maintain. Full of mosquitoes and dirty linen. Conductor was drunk and passing comments on girls. Whole night they were smoking and abusing.

At the time of booking it was showing as Bharat Benz 2×1 AC Sleeper bus. Though it was 2×1 AC Sleeper bus but surely it was not a Bharat Benz, no such logo was there, even suspensions were not up to the mark specially very poor of MP 13 P 7770 (assigned for my part of journey from Indore to Pune). Personal TVs were fitted but not working. Reading lights of MP07P3330 (assigned from lucknow to Indore) were non functional. No curtains were fixed between 11U & 12U seats to provide privacy to the fellow passengers (though I saw such curtain partition between many twin seats). Instead of mentioned time 7:30 AM the bus reached Pune after 11 AM. The journey break time (of 8 hrs) was very tiring as bus operators provided only plastic chairs & dirty toilets for the passengers. These seats were placed in the Bus workshop cum Depot cum Parcel House. They could have provide some better place & clean toilets to the passengers who reached there after 15-20 hrs of journey & have to wait for approx 8 hrs.

Worst service ever possible Buses breakdown they change tyre according to their own timings and delay the dinner time not thinking about passengers If you ask for reviews they give shitty attitude and stupid answers

Hello, Whenever I go to Mumbai I always prefer Rajratan buses. Service is very good but today I went to offline window for ticket booking. An employee whose name is Nitin. His behavior was not good. I am completely disappointed. How rude they are. Raj Ratan team is requested to teach them how to talk to the customer. Thank you

Worst experience Pune to Indore. Bus got delayed by 3 hours. they stop mid way many a times for pickup and drop which delays the bus. At the time of bookings they say 2 stops only for refreshments and food but bus stops randomly for pick ups creating ruckus inside bus and compromising passanger's safety.
