Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

My booking is Lucknow to Mumbai Lucknow to indore Good service And reached 11 am indore at layover almost 8 hours But the company provided the worst toilet and the waiting place 😞 Then My indore to Mumbai service is a good drive was also good 😊 and I was given a torn blanket 🤣😂

Their vehicles are good. But office where they park the cars is very dirty place. We reached their 2 hours prior to bus departure as we didn't have any other option.Full of mosquitoes and garbage scattered around. Very dirty washroom.

I booked the AC sleeper ticket for pune to indore by Raj Ratan Tour and Travel via redbus, my experience was pathetic. First the bus was very old, not maintained Second my personal seat TV was not working when i complaint as usual no justice Bus no was MP30-P-3330

It was my worst experience. The bus which was shown to me during booking was way more different from the one that I boarded and It was cancelled at the time which was allocated to me and they asked me to travel from another bus and I booked 4A and they gave me the 29A , due to last seat I was not able to sleep due to jerk , please don't travel from Raj ratan travel

The customer support at Raj Ratan Bus Service is extremely poor. The staff is consistently rude and treats passengers disrespectfully, speaking in an unprofessional and discourteous manner.

Newly introduced Volvo buses...has good seating and sleeping cup. Personlised TV by Bluetooth connection. Only thing how to connect and identify device instructions should be clear.. Halts should be taken at good restaurant. on Indore to Mumbai journey, morning halt location is very poor choice...

Paying highest fare on the way wherever they exist but always have to face issue of hygine, baggage loss, some time abusive staff, baggage have multiple scratches as they through like garbage. My brand new trolly looks like used 6,7 years old, however this is only 1 year old. We have travelled alot because of no other option at present we always preferred raj ratan tour & travels. Everytime approx 7.5 to 8k cost. We had such 24 bookings yet no preference, no service, no improvement.

Worst bus experience till date have travelled many time in rajratan it was a good company in starting but as of now they are zero at costumer service there staff is very aggressive treat costumer very bad. They charged me for ticket and didn’t provided me blanket pillow water which was mentioned in the ticket when i asked the conductor he shouted and said nahi hai humse mat bolo jise ticket li usko bolo. I booked ticket directly from their sales head office. I am facing trouble in travelling as of now if i get any injury bcoz of this travel i am gona sue the company .

Rajratan Buses especially the Volvo buses are awesome. Good experience all the time but in my last journey, there were lot of mosquitos. Please ensure that mosquitos do not get in.
