I would give 0 star if I could. Absolutely pathetic bus service. Travelling from Indore to Mumbai and as soon as I boarded the bus, I found bucket of garbage waiting for me in my seat. There was stale food items like banana peel, bread pieces and what not in between the window panels along with lots of food wrappers, bunch of hairs etc etc. How can you expect me to travel with so much of garbage by my side.

RajRatan bus from Kanpur to Ujjain was my worst bus ride, I paid ₹3200 pp for this trip and I was expecting much better from Raj ratan. The bus was late by more than one and a half hour, I received no phone call from them informing me this nor was I given a number I could call and check, the bus didn’t have gps tracking either. The bus was dirty, had used linens, smelly curtains, rude staff. Will never choose Raj ratan again. 0 stars.

Bus suspension was not much good and heavy engine noise inside. Interior was good, and also service..

They show a movie with each seat having a screen and a separate loud speaker. It's very disturbing for sleeping when your side seats are watching it. Also they should tell all to stop talking after 10 pm. My side berth family was continuously disturbing me.

They don't value their passengers time. The bus stopped for almost 30 minutes for diesel refill after entering Indore City. Looked like the time of bus operator is important and passenger who had travelled overnight is a fool waiting another 30 minutes to get dropped on next stop which is just 5 minutes away. The bus management should look at this issue for customer satisfaction prospective. Fuel refill should be done after dropping the passenger on last stop. I travelled from Pune to Indore on 25.03.2022 and faced this nuisance on this travels.

Totally money wasted travels I had ever seen driver always misguided passenger for pickup location passenger waiting at pick up point and driver reached almost half and hour to Way without informing

Ek star layak bhi nahi hai .. bahut kharab service hai ujjain to kanpur wali bus me... pani tak ki suvidha nahi hai or comfort toh bhool hi jaiye

Good service with timings,all the buses equipped with GPS.you can tracke.
