Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

Had the worst experience ever on 6/10/23 yesterday. The driver was completely drunk which lead to an accident with the non mobile crane truck on the mumbai agra national highway. Waited for almost 1 1/2 hrs for help. And reached our destination at 11 next morning. Raj ratan used to be the best travels because of their ethics but not any more as drivers were taking passengers on board without tickets and the driver who was drunk was with his wife while driving. After the accident the driver started smoking in the cabin without helping passengers come out as the door was locked due to such high pressure and was shouting on some fellow passengers as well for informing the head office of raj ratan.

Very poor service. Conductor are rude and too bad in behaviour. Bus services are extremely poor. Never recommend to prefer

Buses are improved but Need to improve customer care and facilities and standards also need to change staff , every answer in jerk sound with irritating behavior.it doesn't feel traveling with some travel brand.

Staf is very rude they will not talk to you in a nice way I ask for password of android player they said Hume nhi so my question is that why did they provide this service . Choose wisely before booking them

It's easy to board bus from the office itself as you don't have to stand on the road and wait there in the rains/hot/cold weather. Buses are well-maintained and they've even included curtains between double seats in view of the pandemic which was quite amazing and I felt safer to travel in such accomodation..

I love travelling with Raj Ratan. So comfy, hygienic and never late. And also not so expensive.

Staff is bit rude when you pick parcel. But the bus service is really great. Good condition buses and on time always.

Worst experience ever. I travelled from Gandhinagar to Indore with my family. In midway and midnight they told passengers to onboard another bus. The new bus had an accident before and they mentioned this bus will go to Indore for repair. When we onboarded my Mom discovered that the window glass was broken and very tiny pieces were there on the seat. And to cover that they put curtains in such a way passengers couldnt find out as it happened in midnight. That was terribly risky and this travel company didnt even care about passengers.

Raj ratan bus me safar karke bahut mja aya bus staff bhi bahut acha bus bhi bahut clean or inhone ache restaurant pr khana khilaya or nashta karwaya bad and pillow very comfortable sab milla k bolu to ek number rajratan tour n travels

I frequently travel from pune to Indore or vice versa and raj ratan has been been my constant companion since last 6 years. I love them because of their comfort,cleanliness and punctuality. They have couple of stops both in pune and indore. You can choose the nearest convenient stop.
