Good for Bus Travelers altho Prefer Trains 🚂 🗿 unless your destination is not listed Good bedding and sheets Rest stops could be increased for nature's call in the Morning Primo buses are right sometimes before time Conductor and Bus drivers number could've been provided
They have couple of multi-axle buses from Indore to Pune. Experience was better with one side trip while on return the bus condition was okay. Overall, better response of staff from other bus operators.
This review is not for bus service but for RajRatan bus stop. Place is not good, they have to make proper seating arrangement and focus on neat n clean washroom not hygienic place. I wish my review will reach out till owner desk and they will take immediate action on it for better customer relationship. Note - Humble request to everyone please donot smoke in such open and crowed place.
Giving 1 star as we were waiting for vehicle at the given pick up spot but later the travel agent asked us to come to the next stop even though we were on time at the asked location. The travel agent's behaviour wasn't good. Also, they were not sorry for their mistake.

Poor bus service ever I do not suggest to travel from there buses specially the MP 41 P 5055. No proper cleaning and the seats are also very uncomfortable driver was driving the bus like a bullshit not able to take the proper sleep.alao they don't have space to keep the luggage.

booked Bus from indore to Pune we are almost 20 people but the bus operator change our Boarding point at Last Moment and Even they didn’t inform us about this when we ask for the bus the guy who talking on call was very rudely. Bus Captain was Very unprofessional.
Great bus service. Really neat and safe bus to travel with. You get multiple stops and proper services. With comfortable sitting/bedding and amazing staff overall package looks really good. Have a safe journey!
