Do not take back seat and make sure they drop you at the agreed spot. In my case I was on 34 U and they dropped me and 6 others at gas station instead of rajendra Nagar which was dropping point. 7 of us have to find our own way to go from different means of transportation. Many reviews are fake here.

Hi i travelled from pune to Bhopal as per my experience. Everything was good completely luxury bus, but the only problem was that there was not enough to stop for the washroom.

It's very good and time to time travel service

not a happy experience 1) they allowed local tea and food vendors to sell stuff inside the bus like a local non ac bus. The bus was already late but they had time to allow those vendors to make rounds in the bus and trust me those vendors didn't look safe as five minutes before they borded the bus I saw them selling tea on the stop as well so they were for sure not designated vendors of Raj ratan !!! 2) the conductor gets passengers on empty seats one hour after all pickup stops are passed. Irony is the passenger on the empty seat next to me was shifted in the middle of the nigt and had boarded the bus two stops after I boarded !! ! m sure a 5 year old can understan how is that possible !!! raj ratan is no more the brand it used to be ! or the staff is gng to take it down.

I traveled with them from indore to pune, which is an overnight bus journey; on the volvo multi-axle ac sleeper (2+1). Enjoyed the ride, the buses are well maintained and they provide pillows, comforter and clean linens. I felt the driver was driving quite fast at times, but you feel really comfortable in the volvo buses so you don't notice it. I've tried other buses also on this route (orange, intrcity), which have better branding but lack when coming to the rise experience. Would definitely recommend raj ratan travels. 👍

The worst bus experience I've ever had. They refused to let my fiance and me sit together because we couldn't show a marriage certificate. They even refused to talk to our parents to confirm. I tried to convince them, but the manager started shouting at us. I called the Indore head office as well and they they threatened to throw us and our luggage out in the middle of nowhere. This review won't help me, but for anyone booking a ticket, please choose any other bus service except Raj Ratan.

Wrong commitment! The tckt booker gave wrong info, said it will be new bus at the time of online bkg but we got VERY OLD BAD Condition BUS, very less hght, no proper lights inside nr seats, no bottle stand. Very Disappointed. High tckt amt n Old buss

NEVER EVER TRAVELS WITH THEM I travelled from mumbai to indore They promised me Bharat benz Ac bus but bus that came was eicher ac bus The entire bus has suspension issue and severe sound came whole night mailed the problem also to them but there staff which called started arguing and was very rude there are fare more travels betther then them But never travel from raj ratan travels

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mine family is travelling 2nd time from Raj Ratan 9600 Volvo bus on mumbai Indore & Indore mumbai. My mom travelled yesterday, she said the staff was cooperative and very good.

Unprofessional travel agency. We have booked through Paytm. Then I received a call from staff of Raj ratan and forced me to change seat and bus. Because he had allotted my seat to someone else at higher price in offline mode. Also he spoke arrogantly. Not recommended
