Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

I was behind this bus, asked him to wait for 2 mins only . I was struck in traffic and he didn’t listened to me, asked me to come to different boarding point where he himself was 45 mins late … Why should customer wait when you are late and why cant you wait for atleast 2 mins… I understand if I was 15-30 mins late, but 2 mins is not that much ! Lastly they even delayed the drop point

Best bus i have ever been in… & trust me i have travelled around the globe to say so. Highly recommended .. go ahead book this and just enjoy its comfortable ride.

We traveled from Indore to Mumbai. I'm giving them 2 based on the bus they provided during travel and the tickets price was too high. For a timely pickup & drop I'm giving them 4. I would definitely like to travel more with Raj ratan travels if they provided good buses.

Been a regular traveler and I enjoy traveling with them. Here's this random picture from my recent journey. They can be a bit late at times but that's fine. Let's cut them a little slack as the drivers of Raj Ratan are always humble so it's fine if they reach a tad bit late on the dropping point.

Hi frnds i want to tell u that rajratan travels are very bad condition and not proper things non copratating Not a proper station. Washrooms here are the worst. No cleanliness and hygiene maintained. No proper gates in the washroom. The urinals in male washroom are not even present. No seating/waiting area. No food shop/facility It was big mistake that I book rajratan travels Plz frnds don't book this travels Even i cancel my booking of 11,111 pune to Lucknow and the given 400 cash back After that I book the same travel but drive were not good

I am currently travelling from Pune to Indore and by around 2:45 am the passengers are asked to take a washroom break at a petrol pump near nasik I think, there gents washroom was under maintenance and the pump person asked the gents to pee in the open area which is not at all acceptable, how can you stop at a pump where gents washroom is under maintenance and ask passengers to pee outside, raising this concern to the driver - he quoted " तो क्या हुआ आप बाहर ही कर लिजिए" we are living in a civilised world how can someone say this and this is not acceptable from raj ratan staff, eventually I had to pee outside in open only due to my helplessness - many gents were peeing outside in line and the SHAME IS LADIES HAD TO SEE THEM, EVEN MY WIFE WAS DISGUSTED TO SEE THE VIEW" a gentle feedbacks - pls refrain doing this in future and ask staff to have some courtesy I search of rs 3 cheap diesel do not have your passengers this terrible experience, I am writing this at 3 15 am and my sleep is disturbed and now I am unable to sleep The driver was I this making my mockery as well - very poor and non professional, pls correct this

My overall experience with Raj ratan traval is bed and staff and owner mis behaviour and not proper response provide. Bhul ke bhi eshme travelling mat karna suggestion.

Good service and clean busses good staff, sometimes delay due to weather other than that all good

Best bus to travel. Well maintained and clean. All facilities were good. One thing they could add that to provide water bottles to the customers. If you travel from gujarat then always choose raj ratan as your first choise .you will surely enjoy your ride. Sleeping sofas were also comfortable for good height people. You can enjoy movies till mid night with personal cabin tv.
