Great service on Ahmedabad route the bus is neat and clean and on time. Even Mumbai route was fine in terms of bus hygiene and timings.

Fabulous service. I have traveled with Raj Ratan several times on the Indore-Pune route and I must say that they never disappoint. Always punctual, humble staff, clean buses and they have stops at good locations.

The bus is ok. You can consider AC Multi axle bus to travel. Other AC single axle or Non AC is out of question. But on Indore to Mumbai route, this is the better available then others. Staff is good but the buses need to renew.

At indore dropped at choitram office and transferred to tempo traveller and surprisingly no driver was ready to drive traveller... wasted more than 30 min..Name of Raj ratan is fading day by day,still buses are good so customers are tolerating there service,There is room for good service provider....

Worst services and worst buses had a very bad experience with the bus quality while traveling from Ahmedabad to Indore, will never travel or recommended Raj Ratan to anyone I doubt the credibility of the reviews above 3 or 4

I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Dewas. The experience from Mumbai to Indore was pleasant however the operator dropped me in Indore itself as I was the only passenger for Dewas. They forcibly/hurrily boarded me local bus by keeping my luggage in the bus and paying the local bus operator fare. However, I was forced to travel to Dewas from Indore while standing in local bus as it was already full when it arrived. It was one of the worst experience I had never expected from RajRatan travels. I also contacted RajRatan Travels for a refund of my premium fare which I paid for Dewas from Indore but got no concrete response from them.

Professional operator. Safe for females. I have been using their services for almost 2 years now, never disappointed. Perfect for Bus Travel.

Extremely bad behavior of volvo bus staff from indore to ahmedabad. Conductor name Sandeep as told. No one must go in this travels

Not good for passengers, tour n travel are like hell services, no waiting room, In long route volve they give permission to unauthorised persons by taking some extra money, this all happens unofficial with all route Volvo. Volvo gallery will full with outsiders. If you go to complaint with conducter n driver they can fight with you because they know that no one want to mess with these goons in middle of journey night. Be aware....

Pillow was missing and not provided by helper, i asked several times for pillow but they did not take that seriously, Water was leaking at last seats at the time of rain.
