5 out for 5 for clean and hygine in the bus. The best part of the bus is all the service like TV ,Charging Point and all other works properly and even if it doesnt you can just ask to start. They completely hear us with positive responsible. Wifi in the bus works great. The Dinner or breakfast stop they use are very hygienic. The only part that i did not like it the uper single birth, if U have height more then 5.6 or 5.7 dont opt uper birth you wont be able to sit at all. Over all I loved the service ill give 4.7 out of 5 in average.

Their customer service team is very arrogant they will just put their points and cut your call. This has happened with me and some of my friends 4-5 times Requesting Rajratan management to look into this issue. Same has been mentioned to the feedback team but the customer care team's behaviour is still the same.

Raj Ratan has the best buses to travel in India. The buses are amazing, safe, clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff is also supportive. The buses are always on time. The buses give luxurious travel experience. Highly Recommended!

Travelled from Pune to bhopal but they dropped me at in dore and booked ticket in some seater bus from Indore with some other travels. Unexpected and unethical. Be careful if ladies are travelling alone because it will be much more difficult tor them to cope up with all the luggage and sudden change in plans.

Changed Bus ,ticket seat, timing n all Lower birth to upper birth without taking any concent Worst and kind of monopoly attitude

I was booked 2 seats for Indore to Pune Journey by Raj Ratan Travels. Their Volvo bus is in good condition and makes our journey very comfortable..

Am traveling via L9990 bus. They have some really bad smelling agarbatti which gives you sever headache. And the smell just doesn't go throughout the journey.
