So we book bus from ujjain to Mumbai but first they call and said that the bus has some issue so we will have connecting bus like ujjain to Indore and then Indore to Mumbai on that we agree but when we reach Indore we got to know that very old volvo bus on we have to travel till 2 hour and then we will shift to another bus so what was the point then to paid 2200 rs on ticket on such bad condition bus like the light are not working tv is not working

Worst experience 1 star is also very bad for this bus don’t book this Indore to Mumbai 6660 NO THIS US WORST BUS EVER EXPERIENCED AND TEY HAVE MENTIONED 9600 Volvo but the vehicle is different

⚠️ SCAM ALERT — Think twice before booking with this operator. Booked on 3 April 2026 (PNR: 236498966), but just before travel they changed the bus and route and gave an unfair ultimatum: travel or cancel at the last moment. At boarding, they demanded ₹250 extra for an additional bag, expect passenger to Coperate but zero sense of Coperation at their end. When I questioned this and requested cancellation, I was told to deal with the booking platform myself while the bus was about to leave. Staff behaviour is not at all for female traveller. This reflects poor ethics, zero customer sensitivity, and misleading practices. Feels more like exploitation than service. For a peaceful journey, choose a professional operator — not this one.

Third class bus service. It may be was one of the best earlier but now its crap. Bus full of cocroaches. Their CEO talks of so many hifi things but basic itself not working.

Worst tracel experience not recommended to any one just complete the journey seat no. U41 hell of a experience no support from staff nor online ac is not working not able to sit properly 3 hrs i sit in drivers cabin

Worst bus and worst service. They don’t provide the driver number and keep the passenger waiting without any information about the delay. We waited for almost 2 hours. No responsible person to talk even on its customer care number. Even the ST bus timings are better than this bus.

I travelled from Pune to Bhopal in the first week of Dec'35 The service of bus is down to too low Few things worth correction needed 1. Staff is unprofessional and new 2. Onboarding guff up due to multiple bus at same time. 3. Bus stoppage in Indore (Chowthram mandi square,very bad lavatory and stingy toilet).Surprise to see the dirtiness in Indore. 4. Bus stops in the midnight and driver was proudly saying to do toilet in open for men.

We boarded rajkot indore bus. Bus was clean , all the ameneties listed while booking were present , like tv , pillow etc. Seats were spacious and we reached almost on time to destination. No complaints so far , were surely suggest travellers travelling from rajkot to indore.

1. Poorly maintained interior of the bus, windo curtains hanging without proper rings. 2. Right from its starting point at isbt Bhopal, the bus has been stopped at mostly unhygienic cheap Dhabas. 3. Provided entertainment TV monitors don't work at all. 4. Driver/helper with bus invariably just give 20 seconds notice to the sleeping/resting passengers prior stopping the bus at a scheduled snack break Dhaba.

1★ – One of the worst bus operators I've traveled with. Loud engine noise made sleeping impossible, TV didn't work, headphones were missing, and curtains were broken. They charge premium fares but fail to provide even basic promised amenities. Extremely disappointing and not worth the money. 🚫💸😡 …
