The bus was quite well maintained. The length of the berths is approximately 5 ft 8 in to 5 ft 9 in, so can get uncomfortable for tall folks. Air conditioning is good. There is a facility for charging as well in each berth, one two pin socket and one USB A socket.

Clean buses with all amenities, bedsheets with proper bedding, pillow, clean blankets, charging point, track my bus, Personal TV screen with a personal speaker, personal led lights, safe driving, hygienic, comfortable sleeping. Great journey as ever had.

Raj Ratan has completely lost the service standards it was once known for. The drivers are extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The overall quality has deteriorated badly. Would not recommend.

Was travelling from Indore to Mumbai and everything was a disasters. Drivers was rude, tv does not work, ac was on min heat, no storage space. Worst bus experience ever.

Ye bahut bada froude karte hai pls don't trust him ye kahi ki bhi booking le lete hai AC bata ke uske baad ye ek jagha pe lake utaar denge vaha 10-10 ghante wait karo uske baad kisi Non ac me booking karke chhod denge

Very bad experience with Raj Ratan Travels. Staff is rude , non cooperative , drivers drive rash, no customer support. Recommend to opt for Hans or some other travels

I had a bad experience while traveling from Indore to Raipur with Raj Ratan Travels. We were carrying a small carton box with food items, and the bus staff said it would be treated as cargo. That’s fine, but the way he spoke was rude. I explained that we have been using this service for a long time and never faced such an issue before. During the argument, he said that even if we don’t book 2–3 seats, it won’t matter to them. This was very disappointing. I paid around ₹8000 for 3 seats, which is more than usual, and this kind of service is not acceptable. I hope they train their staff to behave politely in the future. I am very disappointed and may not choose this service again. Thank you.

मैने राज रतन टूर्स में उज्जैन से राजकोट गुजरात की बस बुक की थी मगर घटिया से भी घटिया अनुभव रहा क्योंकि मैने बोला मुझे पीरियड आ गए हे आप बस 5 मिन बस रोक दो तो ड्राइवर बोलने लगा में नहीं रखूंगा आप जाओगे सब आयेंगे पहले नहीं पता था कि जा आऊँ बाथरूम में मैने बोल भैया पीरियड का कोई टाइम नहीं होता फिर भी मेरी भीत रिक्वेस्ट करने पर एक khuli जगह में एक दीवार थी उसके पीच चले चाओ बोला क्या करे अब प्लीज़ गर्ल्स उसे बुक न करे कभी कोई न करे 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 भगवान करे ड्राइवर की बेटी बीबी माँ बस में ट्रैवल करे और वो बस वाला पीरियड आने पर भी बस न रोके

I had a very disappointing experience with Raj Ratan Travels. Despite the premium claims, the service was sub-par in almost every category: 1. Staff Behavior: The bus staff is incredibly rude and dismissive. They don't respond to basic queries and behave unprofessionally with passengers. 2. False Amenities: They advertise Wi-Fi, but no password is provided. There is a TV at the seat, but it doesn't work at all. 3. Zero Support: Their customer care is useless. They either don't pick up the calls or give very vague, unhelpful responses when they do. 4. Hygiene: The bus lacks basic cleanliness. There are no proper dustbins, and the washroom facilities are in terrible condition. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a comfortable or respectful journey.

Excellent journey from Indore to Shivpuri with Raj Ratan Travels. The bus was on time, and the operator/staff were very polite and professional. Clean interiors, comfortable seating, and safe driving. Highly recommended!"
