The curtains of our Sleeper was broken and the sleeper was in dirty and pathetic condition when we entered the bus. We requested the staff named Sadiq to make it right, he was rude and asked us to wait until next stop. Also asked us not to feed my kid on another seat till then. The bus was late first of all and after 10 pm we get the seat at this condition and on top of it the staff asks us to not feed the kid at another seat. Pathetic services and staff. When called on the complaint number, we got connected after trying almost 10 times. No empathy on call too! Waste of money.

Extremely disappointing experience with Raj Ratan Tours and Travels. The staff and driver were highly unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy and respect while interacting with passengers, especially women. Despite repeatedly informing the driver about my stop, he failed to halt the bus at the designated point and instead stopped at a considerable distance. Travelling with luggage and a small child, this caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and difficulty. What was even more upsetting was the rude behaviour and complete disregard for passenger comfort and safety. Such negligence and poor customer service are unacceptable from a travel company. Overall, a very unpleasant and frustrating journey. I would not recommend travelling with Raj Ratan Bus. Highly disappointed ☹️☹️

Very good service provided by them. Most of travel buses doesn't have love tracking but this one has. It's make much more easier to track your bus to reach there on time.

I travel with them frequently but on my last return trip from mumbai to Indore my bus driver was drunk and I saw him drinking at the rest stop in Nashik myself. I initially thought it was a passenger as he bottomed up an entire small bottle in one go at dark spot behind the bus parking, from where he ran after realising I saw him in the act. When I woke up in the morning, I saw the same guy was driving my bus so I clicked a photo of him and he started confronting me verbally and I had to ignore him and head home. He even placed the bus parallel to my taxi at the drop off point to argue, I asked my cab driver to leave the spot. The bus was also being driven very rashly at night, the driver was slamming abrupt and harsh breaks on the Samruddhi Mahamarg expressway section, not sure which driver was driving it then, but it definitely wasnt good driving by any standards On reporting these instances to the Raj Ratan Office and on message as well, they did nothing and ignored it all. It was just sad to see a brand like Raj Ratan something as critical as passenger safety so blatanly. The high ratings we see for Raj Ratan on bus booking apps are skewed because they force high ratings ones to be posted by repeatedly calling you but they dont do anything when you report an issue and dont ask you to post a review as well.

We booked a bus from Ayodhya to Mumbai through Raj Ratan Travel. The pickup point was Surya Hotels Ayodhya, and the scheduled departure time was 6:30 PM. However, the bus arrived at 7:30 PM. Despite repeated calls during the waiting period, our calls went unanswered. When we finally got through, the bus staff was rude and questioned why we were calling repeatedly. The bus arrived unexpectedly without prior notice and stopped abruptly in front of us. We were suddenly informed that if we didn’t board immediately, the bus would leave. As it started moving, outsiders were allowed on board. When we questioned this, we were rudely told to “go ahead and complain.” The bus did not stop for washroom breaks, and it was an old vehicle not the Benz model we had booked. The following day at 12 noon, we unexpectedly received another ticket stating that our bus would depart from Indore at 7:15 PM. We were dropped at the Indore office at 1:30 PM. When we inquired about this, the office staff and the in-charge officer were extremely rude. We strongly advise against traveling with this service. We urge Abhi Bus and Red Bus platforms to take strict action and permanently delist or block Raj Ratan Travel.

⚠️ Very Bad Experience with Raj Ratan Travels I recently traveled with Raj Ratan Travels expecting a smooth and comfortable journey, but the experience was very disappointing. The bus facilities were not up to the mark. Basic things like the TV/entertainment system were not working, which made the long journey more tiring. What disappointed me more was the behavior of the staff and co-driver—they were rude and did not respond properly to passengers. Even after multiple complaints, no proper action was taken. As someone traveling with family, safety, comfort, and respectful behavior matter a lot, especially for women and senior citizens. For the amount charged, the service was nowhere close to premium. A good travel service should focus not only on the bus quality but also on customer care and passenger comfort. Raj Ratan Travels seriously needs improvement in service quality and staff behavior. Rating: ⭐ 1/5 Would not prefer traveling again.

Raj Ratan Volvo bus travel from Bangalore to Mumbai experience was great. The bus was very comfortable and had an onboard washroom facility, which was very convenient. The driver and conductor were polite and professional. Driving was safe with no rash driving, and the bus reached on time. Only one complaint — the dinner stop place called Aroma was not good. The food served there was very bad. Apart from that, the overall bus experience was excellent. Thank you Raj Ratan Team.

Do not Book GWALIOR VOLVO BUS. Very bad condition of Bus. Dirty from inside, damaged from outside. Too old bus. Not in good condition

Travelled for the first time from Indore to Mumbai recently. Unfortunately for the premium over other bus services that they charge, the services are same if not worse. We were a family of 3 who had booked our tickets through RedBus from Ujjain to Mumbai. Due to a change in our schedule, we requested for boarding from Indore instead. In the process, the booking clerk at the Indore office agreed to change our seats so that they are adjacent. In the process, we got one of our left side single seat changed to one that had to be shared with another person. In the end, 3 of us had to adjust within the 2 seats and travel overnight. There is no waiting room in Indore and one needs to keep standing out on the road. Just a few chairs which are always occupied. The interiors didn’t seem cleaned. Blankets were torn. No snacks were served. Only a bottle of water. The TV never worked and despite trying multiple times, it continued to show one error or the other. The android TV kept loading endlessly. There was no live tracking of the trip available and the bus was delayed by over an hour which I was told was normal. Not worth the premium rates they charge.
