⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very good experience with Raj Ratan Tours & Travels. The bus was comfortable, the staff was cooperative, and the overall journey was smooth and well managed. The bus was clean and the service was satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Raj Ratan Tours & Travels to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable travel experience.

3 imly office, indore is permanently closed. So choose boarding only from their Main office. I got no contact to talk to, and lastly had to reach main office to board the bus. No cabin or partition available, it must be last of your options to book travel

I travelled from Pune to Indore with Raj Ratan Travels on bus number MP09DK9990, and it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. The condition of the bus was extremely poor and clearly not suitable for such a long journey. The bus reached the destination almost 4–5 hours late, which caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, the AC unit was making loud and constant noise throughout the entire trip, making it very uncomfortable to rest during the journey. You can clearly see the condition of the bus in the attached photo, where the glass is broken and the engine section appears to be temporarily fixed. This raises serious concerns about passenger safety and the overall maintenance of the vehicle. For long-distance routes like Pune to Indore, operators should ensure that buses are well-maintained and in proper working condition. Passengers pay for a safe and comfortable journey, and assigning poorly maintained buses shows a lack of concern for customer experience.

Best experience while traveling from Bhopal to Mumbai. Not all their buses are this much premium but yes it's a TOP AGENT to choose while traveling nowadays. They offer good service and passenger safety.

शानदार यात्रा अनुभव! 😏 लगता है पिछली ट्रिप के बाद बस की सफाई करना कंपनी ने गैरज़रूरी समझा। अंदर गुटखा खाकर शीशों और पर्दों को अपनी कला से सजाया गया था, कॉकरोच बेखौफ घूम रहे थे और गंदी बदबू ने पूरे सफर में हमारा साथ निभाया। बस 1 घंटे लेट चली और ऊपर से वेटिंग एरिया इतना “लक्ज़री” था कि उसकी तस्वीर देखकर ही पाँच सितारा होटल वाली अनुभूति हो जाएगी! 😂 कुल मिलाकर, टिकट के पैसे में यात्रा के साथ गंदगी, बदबू, कॉकरोच और देरी—पूरा प्रीमियम पैकेज मिला। 👌

We traveled from Indore to Delhi by a night bus. The bus was luxurious with personal TV, comfortable bed with clean linens. Stopped at places with good eateries and clean toilets.

Extremely unprofessional Team. No safety of Luggage ( Food stop pe rok ke highway pe bus open rakhke chodhdi, when I asked ki safe to hai na luggage to driver said..aapko zimmedari hai gaadi to khili hui hai. Poor food stop ( Extremely unhygienic place ) False marketing ( As per their advertisement and communication they say that you'll get a dedicated tv with personal headphones, bit have bot written anywhere that they will turn it off after 3 hours, yeh bolke ki short circuit ho sakta hai.. sone ka time hai etc etc) Poor Ride experience ( Don't go on the Bharat Benz name, its as local as it gets, no where near an an old Volvo, very bouncy and noisy ride) Not recommended to anyone.

Great bus service. Buses are on time, seats are clean, and drivers are polite. Ticket prices are fair too. Very reliable for daily travel. 5 stars.
