Reports are just random, please get same test done from a reputed lab and you will see the difference. Bad gowns were given with full of smell of urine. Glass is broken and the are waiting for someone to fall off before changing it. Now they will revert to this review please drop us an email! Why? Can’t you read the review and act accordingly?

I had an excellent experience at HOD Rajouri during my brain MRI. The staff was professional, courteous, and made the entire process seamless. The facility is well-equipped with both open and closed MRI options, offering flexibility based on patient comfort. For any assistance, I highly recommend reaching out to Poonam on the second floor—she was incredibly helpful. Overall, a top-notch diagnostic center with great service.

Our experience was excellent and we were guided very gracefully by khushboo in front desk second floor our time was saved and we got everything sorted out in just one time

We had worst experience with HOD rajori garden, 1 day before I have called customer care and confirm the timing he Manoj (cce) said female Dr. Is available from 8 Am and it's first come first service. Ok we reached at 8.05 am , it took us 8.28 am to make a receipt and payment formality etc as it was crowdy. We have asked to wait as female Dr will be coming at 9am I said it was confirmed us on call but still I said Dr is doctor we can do USG from male Dr as well. Khooshbu (front desk) said it will be done by female Dr only pls wait, after waiting for 45 minutes khooshbu called and said sir female Dr is taking much time can u comfortable with male Dr I said thats what I was sailying earlier pls do , fine we went to 2nd floor we gave paper to do and Ms Archana floor coordinator (may be) said male Dr times up so we can't do , what the hell which type of service HOD is providing after requesting Ms archana she spoke to Dr and our USG has done finally at 9.30 am , seriously worst exp. We were having multiple tests to perform but now will choose another, though at the end Dr Deepanshu has done scan very well i only appreciate his work and behavior and Ms Archana too. TEAM HOD, pls improve customer experience which is most important.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at HOD Rajouri Garden. Their service is absolutely pathetic. They claim to follow a "first come, first serve" policy, but in reality, the staff behaves like illiterates with no sense of professionalism or courtesy. I reached the test center very early in the morning when there was no queue at all, yet they kept me waiting for a long time with false excuses, claiming that other patients had come earlier which was completely untrue. It was clear they were manipulating the order without any transparency. The staff seemed more interested in making money rather than following proper procedures or respecting patients' time and rights. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a diagnostic center like HOD that people trust for their health needs. Highly disappointed and would never recommend HOD to anyone.
