12.06.2025. Not even a single star 👎🏼 It’s often said that the first impression is the last impression — and sadly, my experience today at HOD, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi was deeply disappointing. For an Ultrasound Whole Abdomen test, it’s medically advised that the patient be on an empty stomach with a full bladder to ensure accurate results. However, the staff here instructed patients not to drink water and then wait for 2–3 hours for their turn. This approach is not only careless but borders on being inhumane. Imagine the discomfort of someone who has already fasted, now being told to wait several more hours without even water. This is not just inconvenient — it’s absolutely unprofessional and insensitive to patients’ well-being. Extremely disheartened by this experience. 😡

Waiting Time for ultrasound was more than 2 hours . My appointment was at 10am . I reached on time . What is the point of taking appointment from 10-11 when the ultrasound procedure is getting over Around 12.30pm In 2.30 hours . you need understand the importance of time of others too

Hod is one of the best lab in Delhi...I went there to get my tests done and there was no waiting. The staff was very helpful, polite specially ms charu mehta and the best thing is their charges are cheap and best in the industry. It was a wonderful experience with HOD... The facility is clean, well maintained, and equipped with the latest technology to ensure accurate results. One standard aspect of my visit was incredible support and assistance provided by charu. From the moment I arrived, charu was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through the entire process. She clearly explained what needed to be done , when to be there, and where to go. The staff took great care in ensuring my comfort through out the procedure. I was impressed by their attention to detail. The staff especially charu, made a significant difference in my experience, and I am grateful for her support. Thanks alot charu.

Good service... process is smooth for all test
