Clinic was nice and clean. Test got completed in no time. Doctors and staff were super helpful and also the front desk manager Kushboo was super efficient in organising all the patients and get work done real quick.
Thank you HOD. It was an excellent experience. Starting from the guards, reception both and the other staff have been very cooperative. Lastly, the girl in the lab reception and Poonam, the reports reception were extremely supportive. Ever if requires, be assured we will be contacting your team. Thank you once again!
☆☆☆☆☆ (0 star) Pathetic and unprofessional service. The staff clearly lacks proper training and experience. During my blood test on 18th July, the technician failed to collect the sample properly, leaving me with a badly punctured arm and a spreading blood clot. It’s clear the focus here is just on expanding the business for profit, not on patient care or quality service. Absolutely unacceptable. I’m now dealing with pain and complications due to their negligence. Avoid this place if you care about your health.
All staff is great experience and they will manage excellent
Our guidance is Manisha, She is nice and polite. And she is giving proper follow up checkups. HOD provide good service regarding health checkup and start early morning.

Our experience of House of Diagnostics was awesome as the staffs are so polite and the services and infrastructure are very good ...!! We have got the report so quick and the mam who sits on the reception explained everything to us. We would like to thank the entire team of HOD and recommend everyone to visit if there is any need of the tests
