Genestring Lab | Diagnostic Centre & Blood Test in Delhi

I did rtpcr and rapid pcr both tests.taking too much time to deliver the report.after 3 hour of given rapid test not got the report then called the customer care no. talkled to mahesh there and get negative report within 15 minutes.

Extremely irresponsible and poor behaviour. They conducted our test on the delhi airport and although the report was available it was not informed to us via sms or phone and neither was it uploaded on the website. The customer care was also unaware of it. Resulted in us missing our flight. They have a bunch of idiots and irresponsible staff. Please AVOID them at any cost.

Genestrings Diagnostic Center are very professional. I made an appointment a day in advance and on reaching the site for the Covid testing the process was seamless. The sample collection was quick and reports were received in less than 5 hours. My birthdate was wrong on the report and I called them. I was asked to send the picture of report and the picture of passport and received the corrected copy in less than 10 minutes. Mahesh Thakur assisted me in providing the correct report. Very pleased with their service and would recommend them to everyone.

Worst.... BY ALL MEANS.. arrived at Delhi airport on 12th march... Result did not come. Got call from Sachivalaya after 3 days saying I am positive....Now i am callling all there helplines to get my reports. No Customer care is taking the call.

My experience is only related to covid test at Delhi airport. The staffs at the counter were quite unprofessional and inexperienced. I did two times and there were mistakes both of the times(mistake in name and passport number on the report). Needed to contact them to get it corrected. So please check the report carefully before international travel.

I wasn't given my report on email address till the last hours nor the bar code on the receipt was working. The numbers weren't working to contact them either. After a lot of hastle, communication via email and whatsaap I finally received my report. Giving five stars because Mahesh helped me quickly. Thanks to him.

I would like to appreciate Genestrings team who reacted very quickly and supported us a lot with obtaining Covid PCR test report which was taken in IGI airport in New Delhi. It was done very fast and professional. I was impressed with polite and respectful approach and treatment. Good job!

I had a Very Good experience with the Genestrigs Team at IGI Airport, New Delhi. They are very professional yet extremely helpful and supportive. Special mention, Mr. Pawan Ray, who is doing a Fabulous job! I received my reports within 06 hours and Mr. Ray went extra mile to provide me assistance after I tested positive for COVID. The team is very helpful and report is extremely timely. Aman the gentleman who handled my case went out of the way. I had to prepone my date of travel. Aman and his colleagues ensured that my sample was collected within a couple of hours and report was sent by the night to ensure safe travel for me! Kudos

We are very thankful to Mr, Aman Sharma for helping us with the test reports. We had lost our test reports . However, when I called Aman he took the pain to find out our test reports and also forwarded the same to me . He took less than 10 minutes to give us the reports.
