pathetic service, took service for COVID test were given assurance 12 hrs for results . after 24 hours when got lucky after 20+ calls when some lady responded saying --- will send by when no idea. Icing on cake was " chillao mat " aise hi hai maine thoda na bola 12 hrs report aane mein langenge jisne bola unse baat karo --------- is this healthcare eriously doubt that ... will never recommend anyone

scam, daytime robbery The relevant Government must look into this evil practice and fix the scam ASAP. The team is trained to discourage the cheaper RTPCR test option (Rs. 500). When you request to check the status, they will try not to give your report before 6 hours even though your report is ready and this happened to us. I have seen people screaming and shouting for their report, and they were getting nervous about missing their next flight.

I booked my parents Rapid PCR test online from Canada. Mistakenly, my dad’s information got filled for both parents. I contacted Genestrings, Vijay Kaushik (customer service representative I believe) responeded back and took prompt actions to resolve the issue. Very fast and impressive service. Try to avoid taking COVID testing in Delhi airport and have the testing done before you board the flight in your departure country. 1) Genestrings staff was extremely rude making the experience horrible. On Oct 3rd Genestring floor manager Vishesh was rude and misusing the authority/ power. We finished our testing at 2:30AM and waiting for reports to be available at 6:30AM to board flight at 7:30AM. At 6AM we stepped out from our seats to know the test status (mainly because it was getting close to flight timing and almost 90% of lounge was empty with all others starting to leave with their reports). Vishesh got angry on us (still unable to understand the reason, may be he had a bad day) and started abusing and raising voice in the floor infront of the crowd. Knowing that our flights at 7:30 he was intentionally delaying the reports that he had in hand making sure that we are missing the flight. 2) It is very unsafe to test in Delhi airport. There is very high chances to get the COVID infection in the testing area and the waiting Lounge than in the departure country or in flight during travel. 1/200 people waiting in the lounge are tested positive. 5th seat from ours was tested positive on Oct 3rd. It is scary.

Thank you Aman Sharma, for all your efforts. Due to some technical issues we didnt receive the booking confirmation for our test and amount got debited. Aman, heard the entire story and got the issue resolved. A true example for Customer service.

Genestrings lab at Delhi Airport is pathetic. Doesn't give report on time. Even when they assure to come and get tested 6 hour before the flight. Seems to be just money minting facility and harassing test takers. Staff is incapable of understanding their own rules. Will never ever advise anybody to rely on them if you really want to catch your flight on time.

Dear sir/maidam I am Lucky from ghaziabad, Before 5 day i gave my sample of RTPCR But i received billing from YASHODHA and report is from GENESTRING LAB. Different billing different report. Earlier billing was done immediately, now you have to stand for an hour when it is done, please change this formet.otherwise i will complaint to your owner mr. Dr Rajat Arora. Thank you

Complete frauds. We asked for a Rapid PCR at the airport (2900 INR with response time in 1-2 hours). First they said that its not being done anymore. they never tried to contact us and refund the money. When we said cna you please refund the money, they said we will just do the test now. Instead of doing the rapid PCR, they analysed the results for the normal test takes 8-10 hours and charges 300. Essentially ripping us of 2600 INR. Complete fraud company. no customer service and no botheration about refunding the money that should not be charged. Conclusion: BAD SERVICE. UNHYGIENIC TESTING CONDITIONS. FRAUD ON TURNAROUND TIME. OVERCHARGING. WOULD RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO GO TO THIS COMPANY. WE WERE NEVER CONTACTED OR EVEN OFFERED A REFUND.

Unprofessional and pathetic service at IGI airport, Delhi. They are charging unannounced fee of Rs 50 to people who are unable to fill in the form and money is going straight into employees pocket. There is no process/ structure to handle crowd and the blocked area for carrying out test and report has no means of handling things. It will be great if airport authority check what they are doing and make a proper process.
