Genestring Lab | Diagnostic Centre & Blood Test in Delhi

Very poor service, overcharged and not been refunded( charged INR 5500 online and was told at the airport it should be INR500...but they couldn't refund there). They didn't know to whom I should email to get the refund. There was no queue system and the staff taking the test didn't seem trained at all. Pretty chaotic.

Have a very positive experience and staff mainly Mahesh Thakur who went out of way to help me to get the report at the right time for my flight. Was amazed by the service provided and always there to listen and help as needed.

The worst scam lab for covid test ever!! They just want money and don't give the reports its more than 30 hours. This is criminal in these times to delay a patients reports where every minute counts. This happened when i requested at the counter to please mail me my reports on time and got the assurance for the same by the money making desk people. Negative 5 stars.

I am giving 5 star especially because of the cooperation and service provided by Mr Aman sharma. The service he provided was most appreciable. I called for an inquiry and he readily did all that was in his reach for the results. I should also mention the lab technician who understood my situation and prioritised my testing.Genestrings should appreciate and feel proud about having such employees .All the best Aman Sharma..

Got my daughter's last name and citizenship wrong and contacted this center. Priyanshi helped get those details corrected by seeing my daughter's passport and updating it accordingly and sharing updated report in no time. Thanks for the help and quick response to my queries.

Well, very courteous staff, they explained the procedures and answered all our questions very patiently. Overall I felt good with their service and glad I chose to get myself tested from them. Getting to the lab is kind of confusing so look for Aurobindo college enterance gate cause their big & bright sign board is hard to miss...

I used their services in the international airport. I booked a Rapid PCR on the Genestring website and payed 2900 INR online. Upon arrival they told me that they no longer provide this service. There was zero consideration for the fact that I would not be able to check in on my international flight. After putting a lot of pressure they finally decided to give me a rapid PCR and they send the results within 20 minutes after the sample was given.That seems impossible hence I suspect them of not even actually testing the sample. To be sure, I also gave a sample for the RT PCR test, this was required for my connecting flight. Genestring never gave me the results for this test, also after contacting them multiple times they were not able to send the results. Don't rely on this company for your travels! I hope this warning saves other travellers from going through the same troubles.

Worst lab ever. They promise to deliver COVID PCR test results in 4 to 6 hours, but did not deliver mine until next day. I don’t know on what basis the government approved this lab to carry out operations at T3 Delhi. My recommendation to everyone is that don’t fall prey to their false promise; rather get yourself tested somewhere else if you do not want to miss your flight schedule.

Aman Sharma was very helpful in quickly sharing the Covid test result, appreciated. Genestring should make it easier to download results, the QR code in the receipt was not complete and impossible to scan and i was unable to find another way to download report when I did search online. I called on the number mentioned in the receipt pretty early in the morning and Aman was very professional and helpful in providing details to me. Thanks
