Genestring Lab | Diagnostic Centre & Blood Test in Delhi

I must say, one of the best labs in Delhi, when it comes to Covid-19 PCR-test. I had registered for hotel sample collection for my flight to Darwin Australia. I was bit worried as it was already 3 past on 22nd November, and they didn't take my sample, but Chetan Kohli assured me not to worry as my sample will be collected before 6. Guess what, he kept his words, and his team successfully took my sample around 4pm from Hotel Wow Inn in Mahipalpur. Thanks again to Mr kohli and his team for their great assistance from registering details via Google form to collecting sample. Regards Davinder

While filling up her form , my wife made an error in her email address , due to which we were unable to access her Rapid Covid -19 test results . Upon calling Genestring , Mr. Vinod was very prompt and helpful in resolving our concerns : he was able to provide us the results within few minutes of the call . Much appreciated.

This was really a great experience with Genestrings Diagnostic Center. Fantastic Team and very professional. We had to get our Covid tests done for an evacuation flight and this was needed for all the passengers on the flight. Chetan and his team provided excellent service and Chetan was also prompt and always on the top for any queries we had. Kudos!! Keep it Up.

Genestrings lab at Delhi Airport is pathetic. In any event, when they guarantee to come and get tested 6 hour before the flight. it is just an harassment for the test takers. Attempting to arrive at the Staff throughout the previous 20 minutes, nobody is even bothered to answer the so called customer care numbers.. I won't ever encourage anyone to depend on them in the event that you truly need to catch your flight on schedule.

Spoke with Aman Sharma from the Lab when my lab reports were not sent to me on email. He quickly responded to my query and sent my reports promptly. Good customer service from his end. Thanks.

Where are our reports. We arrived IGI Delhi on 26th Feb and gave samples. However, reports are not available as yet (28 Feb evening). Checking every half an hour on the website - no luck. Calling their number nobody picks up, none calls back. Authorities are after us to know the results. Please respond. P.S. Today is 1st March and I have still not got my reports. I think they are running a scam here wherein these people collect money and fake samples. Passengers get to go home. They also don't care much. There are lot of companies who have cropped up after covid and they are doing more harm than good to the society in general..!! I got my test done through them after paying 700/ for certain tests...1 main test was left by them undone after requesting them for the same, report was sent after 2days..I still don't believe it is right or wrong.Or it based on pro rate calculation..Again after spending 700 I am not sure...!!They tell you we are certified etc etc but in the garb of this they are not trust worthy ..!!

Unfortunate that I can give only 5 stars. Team and Mr.Chetan Kohli been very helpful and can't thank him enough as he was juggling 180 passengers with their queries and scheduling of tests. He is true example of pinnacle of quality of customer service. 100/100. Thank you once again to Genestrings team and Mr.Chetan Kohli.
