So I lost the invoice that me and my colleague did on September, last year and we needed that right now. Narayan from Genestrings helped me instantly with the receipts at 4:30am in the morning. Thank you Narayan from Genestrings for being so prompt and kind assistance.

Very very bad, my wife got tested on 19 April 2021 at Delhi Airport. We are still waiting for the report. The no is always busy and when u call the other no it says press 1 for delhi airport and when we do that it says connecting call to customer care executive and it gets disconnected. Any way to find the report. Help

I got my report negative but my passport no was mentioned wrong and i contacted the customer support and Mr. Vinod corrected it in 5 mins and sent me back. I would like to thanks Mr. Vinod for the help.

Pathetic customer service response. Customer service doesnt read emails and gives canned response. The companies cuts money for a refund request made online 3 months before the test date. Pathetic policy. With changing covid testing requirements all over the world, this is a cash grab.

I had a question regarding the testing at IGI Airport so i called one of the customer care executive Mr. Mahesh. He really helped me and clear my concern. Happy with the service provided by them.

I have given my sample for covid test on April 15 at 2 pm . They confirmed will share the results in 6 to 8 hrs it's been more than 19hrs If I try to call them no answer If you track your record also under process

They don’t even eligible for one star. Their staff missed up our two reports. We have to cancel our flight. They are so rude and didn’t even wear the mask. We are still waiting for our reports after 12 hours. We did our test at night i think they were half asleep. They put our all information wrong. This is just a game i guess.

I pre booked rapid PCR at Delhi airport and was not able to get report in email. I called them and Vinod helped me to get the report quickly.

My husband and me came to Delhi from Dubai in the 18th morning by Emirates flight. Our RTPCR test was done and we paid Rs 1600// for both by Credit Card. Today we get a message to say that our test results are ready but we have to pay another Rs1600// in order to access our reports. This after we have received confirmation from our bank that the funds have been debited into the account of Genestrings Diagnostic Centre. My husband is a retired Indian Naval officer of 73 years age and I am 67 years old. We are not used to this sort of shabby and corrupt practices. If any of us are positive then we have put our staff and all those that come into contact with us in danger. What is going on? Please send us our report immediately otherwise we will have to take up the matter seriously.
