Genestring Lab | Diagnostic Centre & Blood Test in Delhi

Sh Aman Sharma very promptly corrected the wrong passport no in my test report of sample id 212767916 after taking my passport page pic on whatapp. It was a big relief.

Worst Lab. Unable to understand why Govt gave contract to this lab for taking covid test at IGI. I arrived Delhi Airport on 03/03/2021 , gave my sample for covid test and the staff assured us that I will get my result after 6 hours through a SMS but did not receive till today 18/03/2021. There is a QR code also on the left corner of the receipt, which is very tough to scan, almost impossible.

Very nice and polite staff. Aman Sharma assisted me with my reports and all generously at a very early hour in the morning. It was a great help and relief. Thank you so much.

There was some error in report like my age was incorrect but I called up Genestrings, my problem was solved after speaking with Mr. Aman Sharma. He immediately provided the resolution and corrected the details and assured me that not to worry. I wish him all the best for his future. Thank you so much Mr. Aman Sharma.. :)

I cannot access my report yet(6 days) and when I click the link to the report , it says cannot download report due to unpaid bill. But i had already paid my bill and showed them the mail when they collected samples. I have been trying to reach them by email and telephone. But no one replies or picks up the call. Highly disappointed.

Completely professional experience. Test was done in a very orderly manner. I somehow had lost the receipt but Vinod in the customer helpline helped me and got the needful done in minutes.

I had a very good experience during my visit at the center. The staff is really caring and supportive starting from the entry gate till the test I experienced smooth transition. Special thanks to sample collection person for her cooperation. Keep up the good work guys. 🙂 …

Been more than 34 hours still showing sample under process, got the PCR test done at the delhi airport, looks like a scam just to make money, I was told I will get my report within 6 hours. My movements are restricted since I haven't got my report, there is no response at the given contact number as well.

I visited the facility at Delhi Airport. Despite 4 hrs having passed I did not get the results. Then I contacted Narayan on the phone and he immediately resolved the issue. Thank you Narayan!!

Very very professional and an excellent team. We were privileged to be in the capable hands of Chetan who assisted us with our COVID tests prior to flying out.
