Genestring Lab | Diagnostic Centre & Blood Test in Delhi

I called them a day before visiting and the person who answered the call said prescription is not needed. Today i went there without prescription (as i didn’t have any symptoms and my office wanted us to get tested, so no prescription). The guy with the form said prescription is needed. Without prescription test can’t be done. Then he asked me to get a prescription made from a clinic near by from Dr. A K Gupta. He charged me Rs 500 extra just for the prescription. And there were other people as well from the same lab to get the prescription. The lab people will give you false information on the call about the prescription and all. They make you visit them and they have a tie up with this gupta doctor, they both are making us fools. The covid-19 test is for Rs2400 there. And extra Rs500 for the prescription. If they will tell you earlier about the prescription you will get it made by your known doctor maybe for less amount. That’s why they say test can be done without prescription over the call so when you go there, you don’t have any other option or go back home. You will have to pay Dr. A K Gupta for just a piece of paper with his signature on it. I feel sad for this country and people , they are taking advantage of this situation as well.

We have given our sample for covid @ IGI airport. Maybe for the rush or some technical issues. Informed them about the issue on WhatsApp the replied in seconds & solved the issue. Mr SURAJ assisted in the whole process. Thank you

It’s been more than 24 hours but they haven’t given COVID report. Very unprofessional. I called them a number of times but their phone is always busy. So no help from their side. They will open tomorrow morning and till then we have to wait. Not recommended. 👎👎👎👎👎 I wish I could give them zero star for the service they provide. …

Worst service ever. Don't know how to talk. Most of their staff keeps on removing their mask and then blame passengers for being covid positive. Every 5 person is covid positive as per their report (all are negative checked with out side labs). It's just their business to make money out of people's pocket and nothing else. I would like government to taken a strict action against them

I didnot get my report online as the QR code was not working. Then at 3.30 Am I phoned and called ,Mr VINOD was very helpful. Five stars for him

I took the COVID test on 25th at IGI and still haven't received my report(after 6 days). I don't know how they have managed to get their set up at IGI? What if one of the person who has taken the test gets tested positive? In one week they could spread the virus to so many people. This should seriously be looked into by IGI Airport and the government, not is it just a bad service but it's also a threat.

Poor Service, Long wait time, Unhygienic, untrained data entry operators, no social distancing. This is what I saw at the Genestrings test facility at Terminal 3 (Metro Building), IGI airport on 9th Oct 2021. The people doing the registration had no idea how to handle 'pre-booked' cases. I had pre-booked + paid online and received a confirmation email for an appointment between 11:00 - 12:00 on 9th Oct. However, when i managed to get to the counter, there were several people ahead of me who had not pre-booked. So I had to wait for the data entry operator to register those people by painstakingly copying their information from their passports. So what time did I save by pre-registering ?? Zilch. Also, the crowd management at the center was non existent. There was absolutely no social distancing AT ALL. The irony here is that people come to this facility to prove that they are Covid negative. But the Genestrings test facility at the Metro station goes against every single piece of medical advice on how to manage large crowds in a pandemic - and even if people are Covid negative when they come to this facility, they will definitely walk away as Covid positive after surviving this packed facility. I took pictures of the massive crowds at this Genestrings test facility and have forwarded them to UAE health authorities so they can audit this facility for themselves and shut them down till they get their act together.

I am definitely going to lodge a complaint against these people to @PMOFFICE . These people would not pick your call at all. Other thing they take your adhar card photo which is no where mandatory as per guidelines. Try going to any delhi govt. facilities. They will give results faster compared to these money hounding buggers without unnecessary documents inturn. Pathetic people

Wonderful experience with Genestrings Diagnostic Centre Pvt.Ltd. The team is very professional and thorough. We had a very good experience with them for my wife's RT-PCR Testing. They came and took the test in our hotel and provided the results on time. Excellent service and definitely recommended.

Service is very much quick and convenient. Mr. Vinod was very co operative at every point. I would suggest everyone to take Covid test from here only where results are so accurate and the staff is so much cooperative.
