Regarding covid test, very poor coordination, even for a private lab. I had been told I would get result in 24 hours and tests were being done without prescription and yet, after charging me the entire amount AND after taking my sample I'm being told that I can't get result without prescription. Very, very disappointed. Please try another centre before you even think about giving this place an ounce of your time or money. All in all, very unpleasant experience

Worst lab for Covid test. Don't go here for Covid-19 tests. I'm a recovered patient from Covid and it's been only 1.5 months since then. I went to Genestrings Diagnostics Lab for Covid test and they gave me a positive report. I asked them how is this possible that within such a short time I got positive again. I again got my RTpcr test from Dr Lal Path Labs and got a negative report from there. They are charging 2400/- rs for the test and still providing fake wrong reports. Also they should upload the results of tests on the same day on government portals when they get the results but they take 2-3 days for uploading them on online portals. There were many other people also who were complaining about the same as they are providing fake reports and not doing the tests properly. Their staff members themselves were not wearing masks and even the one who is taking samples was wearing such a bad quality of mask. Their staff is very rude. Fake lab with poor arrangments for Covid test. Don't go here for Covid-19 tests.
