Having regretted by airlines in want of RT-PCR report, I went to this diagnostic centre at IGI airport. They assured, report will be available within five to six hours. I rebooked my flight of 2.15pm and waited for the report. They said report will be sent to my mail and message on phone. Till 1.30 pm neither message nor mail received. I went to their count again and collected the report. By the time, flight gate got closed and I missed that too incurring heavy loss of money, time and mental health. Under this condition, I think this lab has got NABL approval by paying money only because their system does not approve to have NABL accreditation. Very very bad. OP Sharma
Horrible horrible experience upon landing in New Delhi airport. Flight UK26 on 3 Dec... Even those who paid Rs. 3900 well in advance (online) need to stand in the same line as those who just paid 500, and those who didn't make any payment in advance. Long queues dur to less number of counters. No social distances maintained in the queue. The whole process should be made paperless for those who made online appointments. Please coordinate with GMR to facilitate this. At present your process is a joke, whoever conceptualized it had no interest of passengers safety and convenience in mind. One has to get in another queue just to collect q report, that too a new paper. Please learn from Mumbai airport operations, make reports digital only, extend number of counters, give clear information to your staf and thereby to passengers. A terrible experience with Genestrings which I will never want to repeat.
Really professional and helpful staff. Had given the sample around 11 am unfortunately due to some issues didn’t receive over email. Reached out to their whatsapp helpline and Vibhor Naithani helped me find my RTPCR report within a minute of pinging the helpline.
I wasn’t getting the report and I called in there office and there worked “Priyanshi” helped me right away I was so satisfied. I was thinking they will put me on hold or something but she helped me and sent my report in 1 minutes. Thank you so much priyanshi we need workers like you in India. Good job 👏 …
I didn't received report within 6 hrs after the executive at airport who confirmed who did the registeration. While raise the request via whatsapp executive Vinod helped out and shared the report within 10 mins.

I have an international flight to catch and I had done my RTPCR from Delhi International Airport T3 . While filling my form I forgot to mention my Telphone number...around 8 pm I call the customer care number to find my result if they could send me the report. Kavita asked me to send her a hi.. masg on her number.. as soon as I did that in 5 mints Kavita sent me my RTPCR report... I am really very grateful for this help and give her all 5 stars to her.... It is a really very nice experience for me... thanks to Genestrings Diagnostic... and a very special thanks to Kavita..
It was a good experience. Staff are courteous and ready to help. They will ask for aadhar card photo copy and a copy of prescription from doctor. After that they will give you the form to fill which will take hardly 2 minutes. They will charge you 2400 rupees which you can give by cash or card.Test will be done in the box which will take less than a minute. If you don't have a photo copy then don't worry because they photocopy shop is right behind the centre. I drove here by car and there is ample place across the road for parking. Result of the covid test will be sent by mail within 24 hour.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Vinod is the worst possible person you can employ. He has no customer service skills. Spoke extremely rudely with me. His behaviour made my kids cry but there was no apology from anyone working there. Unfortunately they are leaving a pretty bad impression about India and India hospitality. May God give them some sense.
Canada has made it worse by choosing this company as their partner for COVID test. It’s highly mismanaged and chaotic once you reach the IGA airport testing center. My wife and I planned to get a drive in test 18 hours before our flight to Canada. We reached on time but guess what, even though it’s drive in, one has to go to their desk to get registered (even though the slot was booked online). For 500rs test, the results need to be sent in 5 hours, we didn’t even get ours in 8 hours. When we called they asked us to message on whatsapp. Finally we got our result on whatsapp. I couldn’t travel as one of us got positive. Am very sure it was their registration waiting queue and chaos as I didn’t have any symptoms until after the test was done. When you visit you can see the chaos first hand. Their staff hardly understand the protocols of COVID, it’s a joke to them. People are swarming all around them and there is 0 security person maintaining the order. I hope Canadian government sees this post and decides to do something about it. In fact they can run analytics on how many people cancel their flight after contacting covid at this testing center and how many test positive after landing. Trust me, I will not be surprised if the numbers turn out 10 times compared to when the testing was allowed at other places. @Canadian govt- please choose at least 4-5 partners across different locations if you really care about people visiting Canada and you own citizens, Contact me directly and I will not be candid on hiding the experience. Act before these guys make Canada sick
