Genestring Lab | Diagnostic Centre & Blood Test in Delhi

I went to get my RTPCR done at T3 terminal. The process was smooth and got the result in 4 hrs as I needed it for travel. I had booked for the test online yesterday and made the payment online yesterday as well. Today at the airport , everything was smooth,,jst had to fill a form and gave the sample.happy with the process

Night shift customer care representative, Shri Mahesh Thakur, has been extremely responsive and courteous as i enquired the status of test for senior citizen passenger transmitting through Delhi airport. He went above an beyond to provide me updates; this was exceptional. Keep it up.

This Rating is purely for the customer service member Mahesh Thakur for his super efficient resolution to our problem that could have lead us to missing our flight. The testing counter had put the wrong date /time of our rapid-pcr test. Mahesh was quick to capture the mistake and immediately helped us out via the company WhatsApp number. I got tested at the Delhi Airport Lab at the metro connect building. I wish they had highlighted on the pre-booking confirmation email that the test center was outside the terminal and not inside. The whole area is chaotic, crowded like a local bus-stand. If it was for the overall experience, I'd give it 1STAR. But that changed thanks to people like Mahesh. Kudos to him

Worst experience here. These photos proves how they are organising RAPID PCR TEST in airport. Staffs are curious on collecting money not in customer service. Even I got the report after 2 hours and I was about to miss my flight. The amount they charge is 5000 rupees which is double compared to others airport testing centres in India. High cost zero rated customer service

It has been more than 48 hours and I still did not receive my RT-PCR test report though it was told to me that I will receive it in 4-6 hours. It looks like it is a fake company who is just there to take your money. I wonder how IGI airport authorities have approved such company to take test during this situation. We really need a strict inspection of the company. Also no one is responding over any communication platform. The number shared on their site is switched off. 😡

I did not get my report on time. Had to cancel my flight due to *technical error we are sorry your report is not yet into the system* ! Also I saw that the guy who took my sample contaminated it by touching his gloves. The report was negative, got it 6 hours late!!

It was one the finest experience I have experience at Delhi Airport with kind support from Mr. Pavan who understand my situation & makesure to get me the RT-PCR report on time, very big thanks to him If I was able to travel its all with very supportive assistance by Mr. Pavan. Big round applause for Mr. Pavan & team to make my day Cheers!

They have placed their stalls at Terminal 3, IGI Airport New Delhi but it seems they are not equipped to handle the incoming traffic. Absolute joke of a testing organization. They took my sample on 5th April and have no update since 4 days. The standard time for RT-PCR test result is 24 hours and for airport services it is 8 hours everywhere. How these incompetent people have got this contract is beyond me but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. 0/5 stars if it was possible. Update: It has been 7 days now and still no report is available.

My spouse needed access for his covid test results at Delhi airport and the QR code on his receipt didn't work. We were worried that he would have to go stand in line in the crowded airport again to get access to the results. I got the what's app support number from Genestrings website and they shared his report with me in under a minute after the required authentication checks. The support agent was Mahesh Thakur - super responsive and helpful :)
