I am Surinder Singh. I did my PCR yesterday night at IGI. My reccipet number is. 1 - 2217211. When I got my report the DOB was showing wrong on the report. Today morning I call to help desk number where Mr Vinod pick my call and handle my problems His way of talking is very good and Sweet. I would gladly spend a few hundred rupees more to use their facility at Delhi intl. airport. When I had issues because of only having the US based number, Vinod was proactive in helping resolve the issue over call and Whatsapp.

Very professional service by customer service executive mahesh thakur sir. I was little worried about time to get my rt-pcr result at iga airport and contacted service care via what’s app. He really helped me and answered my questions. Also when my result got ready he sent me immediately. Really liked service and executive’s professionalism.

Testing at this facility and guidance was seamless. Everything went smoothly and got the results for rapid testing earlier than expected. I did mess up just before boarding by misplacing the covid report, and would have been denied boarding but reached out to them on WhatsApp and they sent me a soft copy immediately. Big thanks to Mr. Mahesh Thakur who was at the other end of the conversation, to get me the report on priority and help me with the boarding process.

Narayan is the best. Best service ever. I booked normal PCR test for my husband instead of rapid one in confusion for which he has to wait 6-8hrs in the airport. He is the only one who was waiting in the airport. I have called customer service and Narayan picked up the phone and sorted the issue for me and got me the report early.

I am really happy for the service provided by Mr. Mahesh Thakur on 31/01/2022 regarding the inquiry for the COVID 19 report. Without wasting any time he provided the correct link to fill up the form and within 3 minutes of time I am able to get my report which I was worried about. I have booked a rapid PCR at their laboratory at Delhi .Because my layover time for connecting flight wasn’t enough for RT PCR .And I paid 2900 rupees online . But upon my arrival they told me that they don’t provide that service, hence I was forced to take rt pcr and they promised me they will provide the results before my connection flight.I have contacted them several time but they didn’t provide the results. Finally they send my results but it was 30 minutes after my scheduled flight. Hence , I missed my connection flight . I have lost almost 1.5 lakh rupees because of their poor service. Now I have booked another flight which cost me around 2 lakh rupees . None of the staff knows English and I was struggling to communicate with them . I am very disappointed with their behaviour and rudeness. Don’t trust them .

With help and quick response of Mr. Mahesh Thakur I was able to take international flight . He supported me a lot and sent my report on Whats app . Just because of him I was able to catch my flight last moment. Great service & response 👍👍 KEEP IT UP !! …

Testing at Delhi airport is worst. These people didn't care about someone's time. My report was generated at 2.45am. But they said hard copy is mandatory. Print out was given at 4.15am that too when I enquired about it. They have no answer for this 1.30 hours delay. On reporting counter report was given within seconds Please do care about someone's precious time
