I have given RT PCR test sample in Delhi on 10/10/21 and travelled to Kolkata for international transfer. When I got my report through mail I noticed the error in passport and when I approached the call Center they immediately responded and corrected the mistake in no time. Great service, my parents went there for departure testing before flying. The whole process was super quick. My parents were anxious if there will be wait because they arrived there at midnight but People were very helpful testing was complete in jiffy. Post testing support to get soft copy was also good. Special by ‘Mahesh Thakur’ who helped us getting soft copy without any hassles.

Hello Everyone, i am sharing my real Experience with Genestrings Diagnostic centre at Delhi airport T3 IGI. Coz of some reasons I reached at the airport at 10 am and I gave my samples at 10:25 am . Generally it take 6 to 8 hours time to get the report of RT PCR test. So I did it and my flight time was 3:30 Air Arabia. I speak to Genestrings Team and they said air it will take 6 to 8 hours. And I didn't have this much time, everyone there were telling me to Cancel the tickets. Then I Called Genestrings Customer care and I spoke to Mohit and Kavita. I explained my situation and they sent me the link to share the test info I did. It was impossible to get my test reports but Kavita and Team understood my situation and helped me to get the test reports on time and helped me to get the flight. It was a great great help and they are so supportive and helpful. I really appreciate their help. I would request everyone to reach the airport 6 to 8 hours early if they want to get the Covid test done here. So that they can avoid unnecessary problems. But if anyone has genuine problem they can contact to customer service team they are really good they understand the problem and definitely they will help you I very very thanks to the team Kavita and Mohit all the best guys and very good service of Genestrings diagnostic centre. 👏

It was only15 min left in flight and I didn't got my report. Mr Vinod picked up my call and patiently solved my problem inspite of network error in my mobile. It was morning 4 am and he was very calm and not arrogant. God bless you.

Service was great especially service Center.. Mr Aman Sharma helped me expedite the process when I needed the most to catch my next flight . If not him I am sure would have definitely missed my flight. Appreciate his friendly manner and helping sort the things quickly !

Worst ever experience. Did a test on 8 Nov 2021 in the morning hours after booking a slot online. Gave sample at 1030 hours. Waited for online report. Never came. Then went to their counter and got a printed copy of the report. To my horror they gave me a report dated 08 Oct. I am thankful to Fly Emirates staff who pointed out the issue. Worst ever experience. My advice to all, please check the date and time on the report carefully before taking it.

Had got my test done at the airport after arriving from UAE. They took 800rs from me and collected sample. It's been almost more than 24 hours but I have not received any report. I have called there customer care no many times but no one receives. It's just wastage of time and money. DON'T FOOL THE PUBLIC THIS WAY IN SUCH CRUCIAL MATTERS.

Great service! While dealing with hundreds of people for a repatriation flight all of whom were stressed and anxious every small query was dealt with patiently and efficiently and the test itself was carried out professionally and with no fuss.
