Very professional. Reports are usually available in 4-5 hrs. Customer care is very responsive and quick. I had a small delay in receiving my report. I contacted the customer care number mentioned in the receipt and they asked me to whatsapp on a number. Thereafter their executive Vinod connected with me and swiftly solved my problem.

While my sample was taken as soon as I showed up my report did not arrive even after 12 hours of the test. Thanks to jet lag; I happen to wake up at 3 AM to check on this. Called up the customer care and Vinod specifically worked on my case. He was able to issue me report within 20 mins after first contact. System error was cited as the reason for auto reporting to work. Kudos to customer care rep who did his best to get my issue addressed. I am still a happy customer 😀

The most professional services we ever received in India were with Genestrings Diagnostic Center. Made an appointment one day in advance and got checked in right away. All the staff members were very friendly and very happy to answer all the questions. It was very quick to drop the sample and received report in the email about 6 hours later. There was mistake on the report and I called them. I was asked to send the picture of report and the picture of passport and received the corrected copy in literally 5 minutes. Priyanshi helped us in the process. Please get yourself tested at their facility if you’re traveling and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Very happy with your services. Keep up the good service.

Very very unprofessional people. No sense of timing, don't give proper information about report generation, if you don't follow up on reglessly they even forget to send you the report... Highly non-recommendable

These guys take samples for Rs.500 when you arrive in india from abraod and give you report after 72 hours. Staff is illiterate because of there behaviour & dont know english when they talk to foreigners from different countries. Call other people and ask them to translate it. Delhi government and these lab people have some tie ups as they are taking 5000 inr for the test when you fly back.

In case of genetic test, it's the worst lab, took more time for report than their own TAT and even after that provided report charts are not clear from last five days, I am asking them for clear graph in my report but they are just passing it back and forth

Rohit Srivastav is the best health advocate and health practitioner at Genestrings laboratory. I just visited Delhi for 1 day and stayed at Pullman hotel in Aerocity and requested for special blood tests and he was able to smoothly accommodate my laboratory requests in time before I check out.
