Bus service is fair and transportation is too good
No waiting area, provided the wrong address as teen imli square but actually it's near the world cup square. The interior of the bus is very stinky and not comfortable to sleep. The curtain, the bedding all stink a lot and single sleeper seats are not spacious.

Worst travel experience ever. Bc pickup location was somewhere else and at last moment they always call you to another location . Then the worst bus condition you can imagine even government buses are better. Smelly bus old used smelling blankets broken ac vents with newspaper filled in it . They charge 2200 for sleeper and better go with rajratan buses you will thank me
They are scammers, first of all they mentioned less charges for desire seat then don't book the seat, and they try to convenience you that by mistake your ticket is not done and force you to select a different seat after taking the payment. Their buses are also very disgusting. And staff is very rude they abuse you whole way like they gave you free ride

Worst bus operator ever seen. They may cancel the bus anytime without any notification even not responding properly after cancellation. Fraud bus operator. Never recommend anyone to book from such oprator
Parcel khol deta hai aur bolta hai khula huaa tha aur usme se saman bhi nikal diya bekar travels hai aur bekar staff hai aur apana parcel khud khoj na padta hai apa sab log dhyan rakhana
Very poor service. Even when there is no crowd, customers have to wait at least half an hour to collect their parcels, which is quite disappointing.
Ghatiya travels hai driver pi ke gadi chalata hai aapki jan bachani ho to kabhi is travels se traveling mat krna sheet bhi ghatiya hai aur refund bhi nahi deta hai
