All the good comment is done by them self only, in the end of the journey they snatch the phone and give ratings to them self. Very rude staff

Worst service my bus got cancelled 2 days back and on day of journey when I called for confirmation they informed me 2 hours prior that bus is cancelled and when I asked who will inform me so they said you will get refund and hang up the call worst 3rd service don't ever book from this operator thanks to redbus

Ye bas ka bad sarvice hai kabhi is bas me journy nahi karna mene indor se ahemdabad ka journy kiya tha bus ka timie 7 baje ka time tha. In-office staff is rude and unpleasant to talk to. They take extra money to unload the luggage and won’t even provide support in putting the luggage in the car. The guy sitting at the reception has nothing to say about this and goes with the attitude “extra paisa toh dena padega”.

Do not have any arrangements for stay. "naam bade or kaam chote"
