Paid for 18 pieces, received only 15. One of the delivered items was also incomplete. The order was delayed, and despite multiple calls and messages over several days, the seller has completely ignored us. Poor communication, poor service, and no accountability. Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. We placed an order for 18 pieces and paid in full, but only 15 pieces were delivered. To make matters worse, one of the items was incomplete and contained only one toy instead of the two that were supposed to be included. The order was already delayed, and after receiving the incomplete shipment, we repeatedly tried contacting the seller through calls and messages. Unfortunately, there has been no response for several days. The lack of communication and after-sales support has been extremely frustrating. We are still waiting for a resolution regarding the missing and incomplete items. Until this issue is addressed, we cannot recommend purchasing from this seller. I hope the seller responds and resolves this matter promptly.

Very disappointing customer service and communication. We placed an order with GD Art Store and selected COD. However, we were still required to pay 50% of the order amount in advance, which we paid almost a week ago. We were later informed that the order had been shipped. When we asked for the tracking number, we were told that we would receive a call back within 10–15 minutes with the details. Unfortunately, we never received the call or tracking number. We have tried contacting them multiple times since then, but our calls are not being answered. We completely understand that shipping delays can happen, but the lack of communication and poor customer service is extremely disappointing, especially when a significant amount has already been paid in advance. We expected much better communication and professionalism from the store. We hope they improve their customer service and provide customers with proper updates regarding their orders.

Hi, I am extremely disappointed with the way my order has been handled. I placed my order well in advance, but the dispatch was already delayed. I had also repeatedly asked for the tracking ID, but it was not provided for several days. After finally receiving the order, I found that some products are missing and some have arrived damaged. I immediately informed you on 15th September and requested that you either send the missing/replacement products or arrange a return and refund. However, I have still not received any proper resolution. On top of this, your team is now not answering my calls, which is making the situation even more frustrating. Because of the delay and the missing/damaged products from your side, my own customer orders have also been delayed, causing me inconvenience and loss. I request you to please take this complaint seriously and arrange the return and refund for the damaged/missing products ASAP, or provide a proper replacement without any further delay. I

This is our go to store, my wife have ordered from them around 4-5 times. Last 2 times our order got little delayed but I m satisfied with the quality of the material. My wife being the business owner herself we can understand that during festive season the parcels got little delayed. We will continue order from them as we love the quality of their material and the pricing is quite affordable♥️
