I'm so happy with this place. This place offers huge variety of resin and candle art. The owners are very polite and humble. Whenever I have any query, they resolve it very politely. I have been purchasing from them since 2 yrs. So happy with this store.

I’ve been connected with them for around 2.5 years, and I truly want to share my experience. First of all, I’m directly connected with Shailly along with their entire team they are extremely generous, polite, and cooperative. They always recommend the best quality products at the most reasonable rates and even suggest new items to try. I usually do resin only, but recently they suggest me to explore candle art too. I’ve ordered from several other stores too, but honestly, really had a very bad experience with them, they either charge high product prices or very high shipping. These guys even offer me flexible delivery options, sometimes I arrange a pickup myself, and when not possible, they arrange doorstep delivery for me. Highly recommend shop🙌

‼️❌DO NOT BUY! 🚨🟥 Please avoid purchasing from this seller I had a very disappointing experience — 2–3 items from my order were missing, and despite providing full unboxing video proof, I have received no response, refund, or resolution. In my 10 years of experience, I have never encountered such unprofessional behaviour. I also had an urgent bulk order to complete, but because the missing items were never sent (even after multiple calls and messages), I couldn’t fulfil it. They have seen my messages but continue to ignore them. This isn’t just about the money — as artists, we rely on timely raw materials to meet deadlines, and this kind of negligence is unacceptable ‼️REFRAIN BUYING ‼️

I have not received my order yet, and there is no proper response from customer support after payment. Very bad experience. Please be careful before ordering.

Very worst don’t make order from this no one responding for any calls massage i have order may 14th still now I don’t received that parcel i have called and informed no one responding. The courier service also worst i have called them by getting number from google their was response that was wrong number Trackon Courier very worst i have raised to refund but they didn’t responding that too shit

Extremely disappointing — misleading website and no customer support I have ordered from this store multiple times, and unfortunately, every single time there has been an issue. One time, they sent my parcel with missing products. And now again, their website showed the items as “in stock,” but after placing the order, I found out that they were actually not available. They still haven’t updated their website, which is completely misleading for customers. Since then, I have been continuously chasing them for a refund and for order status updates. They do not pick up calls at all — I tried calling them multiple times a day — and they rarely respond to messages. Whenever they do reply, the information keeps changing every time, and there is no clear update. This kind of experience is extremely stressful, especially for those of us running small businesses who rely on timely supplies. Right now, I still do not have any proper update on my refund or my order. Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend ordering from this store unless they improve their communication, honesty, and website accuracy.
