Pathetic hospitality. No one to attend guest on time for service Tv not working ,washroom is unhygienic and no water provided . Taps of basin not working Towels and linen were torn for newly opened hotel and damp walls to cover wallpaper Nothing is complimentary.hot kettle is kept with no tea /coffee /cup/glass supplements Owner was very calculative to give pack water of 15rs and delayed service The hotel is in commercial building which is very unhygienic on 5th floor Do not recommend as only interior is done to attract tourist Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1 Rooms Pathetic

Excellent location PTC is right opposite the station. Ideal for train travellers. Hotel itself is really done up nicely. I had a late check in so i found some dirt on the floor and the cleaning staff had it cleaned.. The rest of my stay at hotel PTC was very pleasant and value for money. The food was really good. The hotel was fully booked but still the staff was attentive and responsive. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Next to railway station is the advantage of this facility. Parking in the basement is horrible place to access, very high traffic on the approach road making it extremely difficult to park if you are driving your own vehicle. Staff is good and friendly. Overall experience is nice except the in-house restaurant service facility which is not good. They took so much time to prepare and serve anything and everything. Otherwise the rooms are clean, spacious, nice lights, washing are clean.
