Where to start from…. The staff (including owner) are very humble. Employees are helpful and innocent. Place is pretty clean, rooms are spacious, corridor is nice (u can click pics). Food is very good. Only one gap, service takes time bcoz hotel is new and they wants to recruit good people. So guys be patient. Hotel is around 200mtr away from railway station (PF 4). Doesn’t give rooms to locals. There are 3 ways to enter building as they are on 5th floor. Avoid 32 steps option with luggage. Owner changed n taken over 3-4months back only. Highly recommend. not at all a good place to stay. fine if u r bachelors but with family, its horrible. the rooms have mould in it, the beds are not clean, the entry way is too sketchy. they did not refund my cashback of 2k either. they straight forward denied that we stayed with them anytime when i applied for my cashback. i had booked online and paid but on arrival they also denied having any bookings under such name, after quite bickering they mysteriously “found” our booking n then made us adjust with smaller rooms despite us booking bigger ones before hand. I went to the hotel but staff refused to give room inspite of my booking because the room was not ready due to the strike of cleaning staff becz the owner has not paid their salary since two months. I got harassed.Plz cancel all affiliation of the hotel...public wrost hotel, don't stay there.

An absolutely horrible experience. We had visited looking at the reviews, but going there we learnt that the management has changed and has led to incompetent people trying to handle the hotel. Rooms were not clean, 2 of the 3 we checked were filled with smoke. Most absurd, they claimed that smoking was not allowed but each and every room has ashtrays. We were in a rush so took the rooms but basic amenities were not available like towels, soap, etc. Also saw several cockroaches in the room, 4 at least. The staff are young boys who know nothing about the hotel and forget clear instructions. It was extremely frustrating and annoying. Not a place for families. Not kid-friendly. Drinking and smoking was common and comfortable there. The basement (parking area) is filled with alcohol bottles and garbage. Did not feel comfortable or safe at all. Not a place for families.

Room size is really good and the cleanliness is too. The hotel staff is polite and really helpful... A major advantage is the walkable distance from the Indore railway station. Negative is not having inhouse restaurant but you may Swiggy or Zomato to the hotel. My overall experience was good. Hotel for stay is good but never add breakfast in your booking ..they were cheated us ....in same amount you get better brekfast in same kitchen when you directly order to hotel kitchen... Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

Don't have their own kitchen, food services. Contractor some times don't surve at last moment and reception says get order food online. Would be better if they can manage small restaurant of their own. Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 4
